The house was great. We stayed for a month and we felt at home the minute we got there. The host, Anton, couldn't have been nicer, and responded to us immediately the few times we needed to speak to him. The location of the house is perfect. It is a nice neighborhood, with all of the necessities near and close to Lexington, Keenland and a lot more .

Great Stay

Love the home and location! The Host, Anto, is very helpful and pleasant to work with. This was our second year staying at this property and hoping to make it next year for a third!!

We love our stay at this house. Everything about it was perfect. Cute backyard and gazebo. Anto was a perfect host and we would gladly stay here again.

Lexington Getaway

Our group of 4 enjoyed our stay. The house fit our needs perfectly. The location was great with several nearby restaurants. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Family Trip to Keenland

We had such a great time! The house is in a great location to Keenland and so many other great Lexington attractions, is in a great neighborhood, and is definitely somewhere we will stay again when traveling to Lexington!

Lexington Wedding

We appreciated the convenience of staying together in one house - fun at Keeneland and wedding at Castle and Key were a short drive.

Great location for Keeneland visit and distilleries. Plenty of great food choice close by.

Had a great time in Lexington and the house was very convenient. The only opportunity we would suggest is the bathrooms could use an updating. Host is very responsive. Do yourself a favor and check out Luna’s coffee and butterfly cafe.

Worked out great

We were in town for a family wedding and some vacation. Great location to the Castle (wedding), Keeneland, KY horse park, downtown, pretty much everywhere we wanted to go. Nice quiet neighborhood with good services nearby (grocery, restaurants). House was very comfortable for 4 adults. Great to have WiFi, movie channels, laundry, a backyard to relax in . . . . House could use a little TLC, but we had a lovely stay and felt very comfortable. Communication with owner was terrific. Thanks for a nice stay!

Railbird music festival

We were a group of 6 and stayed in this home for Railbird music festival. The house fit us comfortably, and Anto was a great host- he cared about our needs and replied quickly when needed. It was a busy weekend for Lexington so Ubers took a little bit of time to get but it wasn’t too bad! We would return to this home if needed.

Convenient & nice appliances

Located near a Kroger grocery and restaurants nearby, it was easy to access needed resources during our 6 day stay. The TV was great, with lots and lots of options and the kitchen had plenty of appliances to use (Dishwasher, toaster, air Fryer, coffee maker, washer & dryer, microwave). Linens and blankets were OK, though a few more towels would have been helpful. We found the commodes a little low (we are seniors) and the shower enclosure and bathroom trim clearly showed age. The place was not as clean as we had hoped. Al in all, an OK but not outstanding stay.

Many Positives, But Limited Kitchenware

This property has many positives. It was super clean and well maintained, nice walkable neighborhood, and nearby park. My husband and I used the master suite with a very comfortable king bed. The master bath had a great shower and a small jacuzzi tub. There was also a nice deck with a small gazebo. The living room had comfortable seating for more than 6 people with a large screen TV. We did find some short comings which I wish other guests would have noted so I would have been better prepared, First, the dining room table will only accommodate 4 people, but the property and bedrooms accommodate up to 6. There is another table in the kitchen with room for 4, but only two chairs. The major appliances are fairly new and good quality. But, the kitchen cookware, flatware, and serving pieces are sparse, old, and very worn. For example, there was not a baking dish/casserole/ or roasting pan. The largest sauce pan was only 3 quarts, This ruled out making lasagne, pasta, stew, chili, roast chicken, roasts and many other family friendly dishes. There were no measuring cups, serving platters, whisk, hand mixer, or blender. There was a waffle iron, but making a simple batter would have been challenging without measuring or mixing equipment. We were hoping to have 4 friends over for dinner, but we ended up eating at their home instead and frequenting restaurants during our stay. The owner seemed nice and conscientious. Hopefully, he will better equip the kitchen.

Amazing stay!

Very attentive and detailed host. Very quick to respond. Home was exceptionally clean and reflected the description and photos precisely. We will make this our new annual stay as we come to the area to visit family each year.

The BEST

We have been doing the Keeneland Fall meet for 8 years and this is by far the best rental we've stayed at. Location was great. Everything about this stay was 5 star. The owner, Anto, Had everything spelled out and easily accessible. You can't go wrong with this rental!!

Beautiful area

The thing that impressed me most was the neighborhood this house was in. It was full of large, beautiful brick houses. The house itself was nice, not one of the big brick houses but still nice. House had a lot of space, rooms were all nice and large. Owner was really good with communication and very proactive with sending info.
