Welcome yourself to our Cozy Blue Door Cottage located in the heart of Canyon Lake, TX! If you're planning a weekend getaway with some friends or family, this cottage has everything you need to relax in complete comfort. The central location is close to local restaurants, hill country activities, and the beautiful Canyon Lake. There is an upstairs gameroom and very spacious outdoor setup with plenty of room for boat parking. Take a look inside and let your Canyon Lake vacation begin!
The space
Location:
- Short drive to Canyon Lake boat ramps and marina
- Minutes to local restaurants and grocery store
- Tons of local hill country activities just a short drive away
- 30 minute commute to San Marcos and New Braunfels
Sleeps:
- Up to five people
- Queen bed in the master bedroom
- Bunk beds with a pull out trundle upstairs sleeping three (one full, two twins)
- Upstairs bedroom is open to the game room without a door
Bath:
- One bathroom with tub/ shower combo
Kitchen:
- Keurig coffee machine with coffee, creamer and sweetener provided
- NO DISHWASHER dishes must be hand washed
Amenities:
- Large porch to enjoy your morning coffee (provided)
- Huge front yard for activities
- Well - lit outdoor area
- Outdoor fire pit
- Plenty of space for boat parking
- Short walk to small local playground
- Outdoor corn hole setup
- Outdoor dining area
- Charcoal grill provided
- Deer corn provided to feed
- Arcade games

We decided to purchase our lake cottage because we were visiting Canyon Lake often to enjoy the beautiful clear blue water and spend time out in the hill country. We love sharing our home with guests, and we enjoy hearing the positive experiences that we are able to provide for travelers!
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
One thing that separates our property form competitors, is the local deer that come to feed in our spacious front yard. Our front yard is not fenced in so they love to come hang out. We provide deer corn so that you can feed them. Also, we take pride in our upstairs game room where you can keep yourself occupied with plenty of fun activities like arcade units and classic board games.
