Cozy Top Floor Condo with Mountain Views
This cozy 2-bedroom condo is perfectly situated just minutes from the ski resorts and historic downtown Park City. Itâs also walking distance to the Tanger Outlet stores.
Take advantage of the top-floor balcony with private mountain views, pool, hot tub, tennis court and just steps out the front door is access to a paved walking trail.
Sleeps 6 comfortably with a king bed, queen bed, and full sofa bed in the living room.
Perfect for travel with family, kids or friends any time of the year.
The space
Sleeps 6 comfortably with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 full sofa bed in the living room. There is also a pack-n-play upon request.
The living room has a comfortable pull out sofa as well as plenty of seating and extra blankets. Snuggle up next to the gas fireplace on those chilly winter nights or step out the sliding glass door to a top-floor balcony with private mountain views. Relax and watch the sunset over the mountains or use the grill for a BBQ dinner. Looking for adventure? Just steps away from the front door is a paved walking trail.
The primary bedroom has a king bed and usb charging ports on each nightstand. The secondary bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and they both share a detached bathroom. Each room has a smart tower oscillating fan, extra pillows, luggage racks, and enough closet space to empty your suit case and stay a while.
The kitchen cabinets are fully stocked! Make breakfast and sip your hot coffee on the balcony or throw something in the slow cooker for an aprĂšs ski feast for the whole family.
The unit has Wifi, central air conditioning, heat, Xfinity Smart TV, (Hulu, Netflix, Prime Video), washer & dryer, blow dryer, iron & ironing board, and a deck of cards just in case.
Guest access
You will have full access to all of the Powderwood community amenities during your stay.
This includes; hot tub (open all year), pool (open Memorial Day to Labor Day), illuminated tennis courts, volleyball court, BBQ and picnic area, and on-site access to a walking trail.

There is a guide book on the dining table that will have information on how to reach us & other details about your stay. Please read the house rules as well as instructions on how to access the amenities at Powderwood.
