Stay in our 1 bedroom carriage house on Eastland Avenue in trendy, artistic East Nashville. Minutes from downtown & Five Points! Within walking distance of many fabulous coffee shops, bars, restaurants & local boutiques. We love this neighborhood & think you'll find it to be a perfect home away from home!

The carriage house apartment is a bright, airy 1 bedroom (2 queen beds) with full bathroom, open living room & full kitchen. We also have a washer/dryer for your convenience.

You will have exclusive access to the carriage house. The private entrance is in the rear of the building. The apartment is above our family garage.

Amazing carriage house

Great space in great area!

Property was impeccable and so was our host! Molly was quick to respond and she had amazing recommendations for the local neighborhood gems. Will definitely stay again the next time we’re in Nashville!

Great get away!

The Carriage House is spot on from the photos. The place was very clean and comfortable. Great Location! Easy getting in and out, street parking was very short walk down the alley. Will definitely use again.

Lovely and Convenient

I loved staying here, it was so nice and in a great location! The owners of the place were very nice and were easy to communicate with. The only downside was the parking, I wouldn't recommend it for a group with more than one vehicle. Other than that it was lovely.

A week in East Nashville

I spend well over 100 nights a year in Marriott properties and I felt I needed to mix it up for a change. This was my first VRBO experience and it could not have been better. Stayed for 7 days. Great property owners, very communicative. House was clean and location was ideal. Street parking was plentiful and there were NUMEROUS quality eateries within a few blocks. This will be replacing my hotel stays when I am in Nashville.

Easy and Convenient

Great neighborhood location, quiet, safe, and convenient to freeway, food and fun. Worked well for three adults and having full kitchen made it nice that not every meal had to be eaten out. Accurate description and with the value. 👍😊

Best Place we have Stayed in Nashville

We loved our stay at the Carriage House. We stayed there twice, once for 3 nights, and then again for 4 nights. We stayed at several other places while our house was being built in Nashville, and they were either noisy, cold, or dirty – and sometimes all three! We HAD to have quiet, as we are light sleepers. There was no street noise or disruptions from neighbors. The host was always helpful, and had great suggestions. When we had any questions, she replied quickly and courteously. It’s easy access, and although the parking was street parking, we never had a problem getting a spot within a ½ block. The nearby restaurants are fabulous, and a VERY short walk. We ate at Noko and Two Ten Jack, as well as others within a short drive. Five Daughters Bakery has donuts so good, I don’t even think “donut” is sufficient. Brightside Bakery is also a short walk, and is excellent as well. It’s close to downtown, East Nashville and the Opry, centrally located. We will definitely be recommending this place to family and friends when they visit!

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed this property. It is on the smaller side but designed efficiently and perfect for our needs. We love the location and neighborhood. Molly & Chris were wonderful hosts. Highly recommend.
