Brand new vacation home! Very close to Purdue, Ross Ade Stadium, Mackey. Arena, and Golf course. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Spacious deck, large fenced back yard and fire pit. Cozy sunroom and smart TVs with Netflix subscription. A cute toddler bed is provided for the young kid in the family. The whole house is newly remodeled. Pets are welcome. Brand new ping pong table and arcade with 14 games in the basement provides the perfect entertainment for everyone! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

The first floor has three bedrooms, one full bathroom, kitchen, sunroom, an open space living room with a sleeper futon, a dining area, and a working area.

The basement has one full bathroom, a queen size day bed, plus entertainment options including a ping pong table, a basketball arcade, a full size replica of a PAC-MANIA arcade cabinet comes with 14 BANDAI NAMCO games: PAC-MANℱ, PAC-MANIA, GALAGAℱ, DIG DUGℱ, GALAXIANℱ, PAC-LANDℱ, SUPER PAC-MANℱ, PAC-MANℱPLUS, GALAGAℱ'88 and MAPPYℱ.

Easy access: Keypad entry, three small steps at the front door, three bedrooms and one full bathroom on the first floor.

For safety, no more than two kids with a total weight of 150 pounds are allowed to be on the backyard swing at any time. Parent supervision is required and the guests will waive any liability for the host and the owner for any injury that may occur when playing on the swing.

Home is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations; it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). Removing the decibel monitor will result in a full security deposit loss.

Great Place to Stay

House was very well supplied, extremely clean, great neighborhood and great location. Fenced in yard was a big plus as our dog enjoying running around chasing squirrels and rabbits. The only negative was that there was no wood in the fire pit and grass not recently mowed. No big deal, but it would have added to an already excellent stay. Thanks.

This is the best VRBO property we have stayed at in West Lafayette. The house is way more spacious than its appearance from the road! Great location, quiet neighborhood, and so so clean!

Great location, convenient to golf

Nice location and super convenient if you're looking for golf. Only feedback is the drive up appeal to the property was not good, grass was overgrown and look unkept. Beds are not comfortable so beware of bringing your own pillow or foam top if you plan on staying extended time. Make sure the AC unit is working when it's extra hot out, unit may have a hard time keeping up. If so, just sleep in the basement, it was very cool down there. Other than that, I'd recommend this property and if you have any issues, Sharon is on it and will work with you to address your issues.

This property is newly remodeled with all new appliances and furniture. It is in a very safe and quiet neighborhood just steps away from Mackey Arena, Ross Ade Stadium, Purdue campus and golf course. It has a large flat fenced backyard with a deck and an outdoor swing to relax. You can play table tennis and basketball arcade game in the basement.
