This was a perfect place to stay while visiting Petit Jean State Park! It was an adorable cabin, great amenities with everything you could think of, and super close to all the hiking and sight seeing.

Beautiful A-frame equipped with everything we could ever need. Beautiful overlook from back deck. We walked every trail except Seven Hollows which we didn’t walk because of reported copperheads in that area. Went to all other attractions and loved being out in nature. Our accommodations made our stay top notch. Highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again when/if we come back to Petit Jean.

We enjoyed this cabin very much. The view from the deck was great. Perfect place for coffee and Bible reading in the morning. It was spotless and the host was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommend!

The accommodations and view were outstanding. The location was peaceful. The thermostat instructions were misleading. The pin oak tree in the middle of the porch blocked some of the view and will need to be removed soon or the view will be severely blocked.

Amazing Views!

The house is very nice and clean with a spectacular view from the back deck as well as the upstair loft bedroom. The only reason i did not give this property 5 stars is that the hot tub was so overly chlorinated that we could not use it. As soon as we turned the jets on it created a 4 inch layer of chlorine foam on top of the water. We didn't feel like taking a chemical bath. Other than that, the property was amazing.

Excellent accommodations with beautiful decor. It was also well stocked and clean. Enjoyed having my morning coffee on the patio overlooking the beautiful valley below. Would highly recommend staying at this beautiful retreat!

Lifechanging Experience

I will start with my spouse and I have never been to Petit Jean so it was kind of a blind experience going in. We did not have a set expectation just knew that we loved other places we have been in Arkansas. Driving up the road the gps takes you to the Beaumont Gift Shop and there is a tiny hidden gravel road that takes you back behind through the forest to the cottages. Driving through the woods we were expecting heavily wooded cottage, but then you come to the clearing.....you see the outline of the 3 cottages [we stayed in Seven Hollows black] and one of ,what I can only describe as, the most breathtaking views of the area. We were blown away by this view in the best way possible. The property itself was well maintained clean upkept, included a firepit, horeshoes, and a stunning gazebo hot tub area. Once insisde the cabin it felt like walking into a new development model home. Gorgeous design, clean and ready to house us for our stay. The design and color scheme of seven hollows just so happened to be the same color pallete my spouse and I are using for our new house, so this was a crazy coincidence that made it feel fated to be the one we chose over 6 months ago before we even saw the property. The balcony was amazing giving that awe inspiring view the entire trip. Truly amazing cabin that will make it difficult to stay anywhere else on future visits. Check in and out process made super simple and was very generous on times. Amazing job on the cottages!

Perfect for a family of four

We were within minutes of some really great trails within Petit Jean National Park. We stayed in Seven Hollows cabin and were blown away with how well stocked, thought-out, and clean it was. Morrilton is just 15 mins away for quick groceries. VRBO does not do a good job at providing contact info for owners but if you go down to the gift shop at the beginning of the driveway, the owner works in there and is so accommodating. We will be recommending this place to all our friends and family!

We loved our stay!! The view was gorgeous and the house was very cozy and cute. It had everything we needed. The grounds were great and the back deck was awesome. It only took us about 20 minutes to go into town in Morrilton. We would definitely stay here again.

The view was incredible! The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The owner was quick to respond to any questions or needs we had! The hot tub and washer dryer made this place stand apart. We will definitely stay there again.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

This property has an amazing view of the Ada Valley. Tall ceiling and large windows gave us the opportunity to really shoe case it! We purchased this land raw and have curated it with every detail in mind for our future guests!
