By far our favorite VRBO. Super cozy cabin where the owners have thought of absolutely everything. The paths through the garden/forest are a peaceful relaxing way to spend your down time. We also enjoyed the chipmunks and grey squirels that eat peanuts right out of your hand.

The place was exactly as described . Very thoughtful hosts and great location for St. Mary’s glacier.Awesome communication which made for a very stress-free stay.Would love to come back in the spring/summer/fall when it is greener. We came at a time when much needed snowfall occurred.

Best hosts!!! Communication was above expectations! They really feel like friends I never met. All six of us slept comfortably! Comfortable beds! Shower was amazing. Close to town, hiking and white water rafting. Our entire family loved the wildlife right at the back door. You can feed the squirrels and be entertained for hours! The fireplace made the evenings and mornings cozy. If you are considering booking this place do it!

Communication was 100% Perfect. Even though our stay was cut short due to mother nature. We were able to enjoy 1 night and the kids enjoyed it as much as they could. Until next time.

St Mary's Cabin Christmas vacation

It was an amazing experience to stay here at Franks Mountain Cabin, his place was absolutely gorgeous, the scenes view was unreal, perfect choice, definitely we will come back next year. Also Frank the host was very helpful and friendly, make us feel like at home.

Daughter’s Birthday Celebration

Thank you soo much for a wonderful stay. We’ve stayed in several rental homes over the years and this host was very detailed and thoughtful. This beautiful property made our first trip to Colorado a great experience.

Amazing mountain home

Our stay here was magic!! Our two kids had the best time exploring the little path outside and the different seating areas. I could have sat out there listening to the birds all day. The owner was a great communicator and always mentioned to reach out if we needed anything. House was nice and clean, comfortable beds, comfy couch! Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

Adorable cabin with fantastic owners

Bear Park Cabin was the perfect stay for our family. The personal park in the backyard had so many fun details and the birds and critters were adorable to interact with. Frank and Kenny provided incredible communication throughout our stay including tips on how to feed the chipmunks and squirrels by hand. It was a highlight of our trip! We will be recommending this cabin to our friends and family and highly suggest you stay here too!

What can I say! It was probably one of my top favorite VRBO rentals I've been too! I wish we could have stayed longer! The hosts had great communication, the place was easy to find (even arriving after dark in the rain) and the home was beautiful! It was our anniversary and they had champagne waiting for us, even though we don't drink! So kind of them for thinking of us! They had pop and water in the fridge, creamer for coffee and Starbucks's coffee beans and a grinder! So wonderful! Lots of pots and pans and spices to cook with. My favorite part is when the lights come on in the back of the property at night. Beautiful landscaped trails with a huge carved bear, little bear and owl and cute little gnomes with tiny homes. So magical! And I cannot forget about feeding the squirrels and birds peanuts and birdseed twice a day! The feed is in the cupboards. I even fed one of them out of my hand! Wildlife is evident all around and a bear strolled through the property right after I had taken pics in the backyard. The owner sent me the video. Amazing! We also saw a moose after hiking. St. Mary's Glacier Trail is ride down the road. Total recommend! Also there's great shopping in Idaho Springs! You will not be disappointed renting this place. Totally would come back again!

Such a great place

Really an amazing home. It was well decorated for Christmas and the lights outside on the trees with the snow was perfect. Perfect place for a getaway. Our cell service was spotty (T-mobile) so do have all necessary check in info prior to heading up the mountain - Just in case. 10/10 would recommend

Quiet Getaway

This is a very beautiful property. Hosts have gone out of their way to make this place very special. It is warm and cozy with special detail to decor. The outside garden area is exceptional. The pictures on line do not due it justice. There are so many unique places to sit and just enjoy where you are. Frank and Kenny are wonderful hosts and will meet your every need. We will definitely be back,

Mountain Retreat

The cabin was fabulous and upon arrival we could tell immediately how much it meant that our stay was enjoyable and convenient. Our host had stocked several treats and other everyday items to make our stay memorable. We had a few questions along the way and our host were the most attentive and informative of any host I have ever experienced. The cabin is definitely high country, but if you are looking for a quite retreat surrounded by beauty this is the place. We will certainly be back in late summer to see more of natures wonders in this amazing little gem.

Bear Park Is Perfect

My husband and I absolutely loved this property! It was perfect in every way! I can’t say enough good things about this property and the hosts. The cabin is clean and cozy, and the property grounds are awesome. You just have to experience it to believe it. Every expectation was exceeded. We can’t thank the hosts enough for their help. They notified us of an impending winter storm, and navigated us through options and overall decision making. We are forever grateful for their honesty and care for our safety!! They are the best!!

Awesome Get Away

Our stay was too short! The cabin is exactly as shown and more. It is very clean and FULLY equipped for anything you might need; all we had to do is bring some food. :) The outside property too is beautifully landscaped and provides several sitting areas to enjoy the wildlife. We particularly loved the squirrels and chipmunks! Communication with the owner was always simple and he was always available if we needed anything......even checked in on us during a brief hail storm. Loved, loved, loved this place! You won't be disappointed. Thanks guys for everything!

Just Wonderful

What can I say? Our experience was perfect. The cabin was spotless upon arrival and the property is right out of a story book. The hosts thought of every possible amenity to make our stay comfortable, memorable, and relaxing. I had mentioned it was going to be my 50th birthday and was delightfully surprised with a birthday balloon and card, a bottle of champagne, and tasty snacks to start off my celebration. Communication was a breeze and, honestly, it was like talking with an old friend. The second day of our stay was cold and rainy, but we made a fire in the wood stove and the cabin stayed cozy and warm. It was the prefect Colorado mountain vacation we were looking for. We would 100% stay here again.
