Flankerad av frodiga vingårdar och skuggiga Sycamore-träd, är vårt två våningar bondgård ett steg tillbaka till 1930-talet med moderna uppdateringar. De 4 sovrum, 2 badrum hem har en vintage klofotfot i ett badrum och vackra trägolv i hela hemmet. Mysig upp i läsrummet för avskildhet, eller gå med de andra runt stenpisen i vardagsrummet. Matsalen har komfortabelt 8 platser, och köket har en frukostkrog för 4. "Man Cave" har en 50 "platt-TV och kabel-TV med bekväma sittplatser för familjen. En stor uteplats har utsikt över vingården och har en kolgrill och en eldstad att samlas på kvällarna.

September och oktober är skördsäsong för vingården intill bondgården så det tenderar att bli mer buller under dessa månader som kanske eller inte stör hyresgäster.

Great place for a group!

This is our third time staying here with our group of 50-something’s. The place is exactly as described. It’s easy to get to and close to SO MANY wineries (including one next door!). There’s nothing we don’t like about this place!

Always love staying here

We've stayed in this home and the other one on the other side of the winery many times and always have a good experience. In the event there are any issues, Lindsay is communicative and helpful. We keep coming back!

Great house with pleny of room

The check-in was easy and the house was very clean. It had plenty of room for everyone. The winery was nice next door even with the live music playing. It was a very nice stay... wish it could have been longer.

Great home for a group!

This was our second stay, and it was as enjoyable as the first time! The location is great. Geneva-on-the-Lake is a short drive away, as are MANY wineries (including one that’s right next door). The beds are comfy, there’s a very large dining room table, and a great family room where you can gather on comfortable furniture. Would recommend!

Lots of space!

We loved all the space the house had! It was great for our family - a quiet space upstairs for the little ones to sleep and the “man cave” was great for those who wanted to stay up later. Everyone loved the huge fire pit area and we very much enjoyed hearing the winery bands while relaxing by the fire as well plenty of space for the kids play in the yard.

Lovely house, great location

We just stayed here and the house was wonderful! There were 6 adults and our dogs and it never felt like we were on top of each other. The house was very clean. Lindsay was very responsive and helpful with questions. The Laurello winery next door had great food and live music. This could be heard inside the house, so might be something to consider if you're looking for somewhere super quiet to stay, but we enjoyed it. We would definitely stay here again!

Tamie Scott Girl's Weekend!

This is my 5th time staying at this house and I love it. The ONLY complaint I have is that there is always a shortage on toilet paper. I think for 300.00 a night toliet paper should be plentiful. I have had to purchase and/or bring my own. Everything else is perfect....Oh, there was a slight musty smell in the man cave...maybe some air freshner or something to make it smell fresh. Cousins wine tour

Right next door to Laurello's winery. Nice fire pit. Note 2 bathrooms listed , but only 1 has a usable shower, 2nd floor is claw foot tub and handheld shower. Overall premise was clean, and comfortable. Northeast bed needs to be addressed, very noisy every time you rolled over (Laughable). Kitchen had all the necessary items.

Spacious Farmhouse in Geneva Wine Region

Great home base for visiting the wineries. Plenty of room to spread out. Lindsey quickly resolved any issues that arose. My friends and I loved the location, right next to Laurello’s. Lots of room to walk the dogs around the vineyard property. In the evening having live entertainment next door was perfect.

Just Right

Very nice location. Plenty of room to move around, nobody was on top of each other. Short drive to Geneva-on-the-Lake, The Christmas Story House in Cleveland, Fat Heads Brewery (if your into that), and of course the wineries in the area, including the one right next door. Would definitely recommend it to anyone and would love to come back some day.

In May 2016 I graduated from Syracuse University, and then was faced with a huge question, "What do I do now?" I have always considered myself indecisive when it comes to making big decisions, so I asked myself this question, "If I had just one more day to live, where would I choose to spend it?" And that leads me to where I am now, living in my hometown with all of my family. Since I've come home from college, I have bought a house and remodeled it, bought a corgi (Who else loves corgi's as much as I do!?), and everyday I continue to learn the in's and out's of property management.

This home was a full time, year around rental. Once the family moved, it was in need of renovation, and it was a natural fit for a vacation rental.

The beautiful vineyards surrounding the property. The property is located on a working farm, with 48 acres of Vinis Lambrusco (Concord grapes). Beautiful patio and fire pit overlooking the vineyards.
