Our home is a newly renovated space with modern appliances. Its open concept allows for guests to gather and enjoy each others company and feel relaxed. This is a two family home and there are no shared space between the 1st and 2nd floor. Easy access to public transportation such as New Jersey transit bus, NJ light rail is an added convenience. We also offer FREE driveway parking which adds to the benefit of living in the city.

Jennie’s place is very clean and has all the necessary amenities for a short stay. The kitchen has everything you need with very nice appliances and Jennie stocks the place with plenty of linens and extra towels!!We appreciated having a parking space and close proximity to PATH trains and the departure point for Ellis Island and Statue of Liberty. Very convenient! The best part is how attentive Jennie is to your needs, as well as the many recommendations she gives. Great place!!

Great place to stay near NYC

We stayed for three nights and the rate was very reasonable. The property was clean and Jennie was very helpful and provided tips on getting around the area.

Family trip to NYC

Perfect for our family trip to NYC. Nicely furnished, clean, comfortable, plenty of coffee and supplies. Hosts were very helpful with instructions and suggestions on what to do. Nice to have a parking spot right outside front door!

If you are looking for a rental in Jersey City .. this is it!!! The rental space is great - no cramped hotel here. The host has made everything as simple as possible with no guessing as to how anything in the rental works. And you get a parking space for your car! Not within walking distance to New York, but Jennie’s tips and recommendations on how to get to NYC are spot on. If we didn’t have any plans on a day, we just looked at her recommendations and they worked out great. Would absolutely stay again.

Great Apartment Close to NYC

My family of 6 made our first trip to NYC. Because of cost we decided to stay in Jersey City. This property was a great "home base" to hop in and out of the city. One day we drove to Journal Station and took the train in, one day a short drive to Liberty State Park and one day we drove into the city. Kitchen was equipped enough to cook a couple of meals. Grocery store was only 5 minutes away. Property owner was very communicative and even let us in a bit early to drop luggage off!

Awesome host - Exceptional Stay in New Jersey – Recommended!

I recently stayed at this property in New Jersey and couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed and offering great tips for local dining and attractions. Their hospitality truly enhanced our stay. The location is perfect, offering the best of both worlds: with easy accessibility to NYC. The convenience of having parking available was a huge plus, especially for our trips into the city. The property itself is immaculate and well-maintained, with all the amenities one could ask for. From a fully-equipped kitchen to cozy living spaces and comfortable bedrooms, everything was thoughtfully provided to ensure a pleasant stay. Overall, I highly recommend this VRBO property for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in New Jersey with easy access to New York City. I would definitely stay here again even though it is not a great neighborhood.

Amazing Hosts great place

The hosts were in contact with me before our trip during our trip and on check out welcoming us and giving us some tips of what to visit. They went above and beyond. The house was so clean and amazing if we come back I will definitely be staying here. They also provided many ways to get to NYC which helped us out a lot

Wonderful House

Overall, we have a very pleasuring stay in the house; very convenient location, close to Highway access; clean and neat interior; on site parking is definitely a plus; Jennie is being a perfect host, providing all the information before we even thought about it👍；The only point I deduced is there is no washer or dryer on site, which Jennie provided the GPS of the nearby laundry service right away when we asked. I will recommend this place to my friends when they come to NYC.

Great find!

Great place to stay for our visit to NYC. House in great condition. The owner took care of alll the little details to make our stay comfortable. When we got rained in, the owner sent recommendations for indoor entertainment for kids. Much appreciated!. We would stay again and definitely recommend to friends and family.

Very clean and helpful!

I’ve stayed in a number of private rentals and I’ve had good and bad experiences. Our stay at Jennie’s place was amazing. Place was clean and she was super helpful. There was four of us and there was plenty of space and all the key essentials were provided to make our stay like home away from home. It’s always great when the place you’re staying is as advertised! We would stay again.
