With an open first-floor layout, the entire family can spread out without missing out on all the fun activities. The brand-new chefâs kitchen features top-of-the line stainless steel appliances. It is fully stocked with every tool you may need for delicious gourmet meals.
Just off the main living space are two spacious bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom, as well as a private office for the perfect âwork from anywhereâ set-up. On the second level, you will find three more bedrooms as well as a large den featuring two additional twin beds built into the wall. On the ground floor, off the large garage, you will find a game room equipped with a ping-pong table ready for even the most competitive of players.
The backyard features a private pool and spa, as well as a well-equipped outdoor kitchen with a top-of-the-line grill and beverage fridge.
Only a short 3-minute walk to the beach, this property will facilitate the perfect family getaway, making memories that will last a lifetime!

âą The pool and spa can be heated for an additional charge, give us a call for heating rates and to make arrangements. Pool and spa heat must be scheduled at 14 days prior to arrival. If the weather drops below 60 degrees, the pool may not be capable of being heated and or reaching optimal temperature.
