Lands' End @ Sunbird :5th floor Sleeps 4 Gulf Front
Welcome to Lands End @ Sunbird Beach Resort in beautiful Panama City Beach, Florida. This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo sleep 4 max and is ideally suited for a small family, or couple's get away. Located right on the beach you can see the water from the kitchen, living room, dining area and private balcony. Everything you need is provided from a fully equipped kitchen to all the linens and towels. All you need are your favorite food and beverages, swimsuits and sunscreen. Check out our pictures, they showcase the space better than we ever could describe.
Please note the east and west pools are now open & the west pool is heated.
For you golfers, Signal Hill Golf Course can be seen from the north balcony and is only a short drive away. A relatively short course, only 5,259 yards when playing from the whites. It gets a 3.7-star rating from 18 Birdies.
Rather soak up some sun on the beach? The most beautiful beaches are right outside your window. Enjoy all the Gulf has to offer, warm white sand, emerald water, parasailing, kayaking, snorkeling/scuba, fishing, dolphin watching, swimming, surfing, wave runners, and more. Or just relax on the beach and people watch. Dining options are in every direction. The complex sits next door to Pineapple Willey's, a great place for food and drinks. Want some live music and more great food, go east on Thomas Drive to Hammerhead Fred's? (They do charge a small cover at night in the lounge.) If you are a breakfast fan and like a throwback to the 50's check out the All-American Diner on Front Beach Road. C Level Restaurant & Saltwater Grill & Grand Marlin offer more upscale dining and are great for romantic occasions - the food is AMAZING.
In addition to the main Central Pool, both the East and West Towers have a swimming pool. The West is heated as needed for colder days. Charcoal barbecue grills are located on the deck of these pools. The main pool is located between the two towers. A lighted tennis court is onsite, as well as shuffleboard and volleyball on the beach.
Please note prior to booking there is a 25-age requirement to book this condo & stay @ this resort. Person who books must be 25 at the time of booking & present during the entire stay. Please also, note everyone in the party must be 25 or older unless under 18 & accompanied by somebody 25 or older. This is strictly enforced. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement of all guests upon check in guests will be evicted and will not be refunded for the stay. After booking a signed rental agreement & a copy of the person driver's license who booked will be requested. Rental Agreement & Driver's license must be sent back within 48 hours of booking to secure your reservation. If no signed rental agreement & driver's license is sent back within 48 hours guests forfeit reservation & will not be refunded.
This property does not allow Spring Breakers under 25 years of age. Absolutely no exceptions.
No outside golf carts or scooters are allowed within the resort.
No smoking if any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine.
Check In Time is 4pm check out time is 10AM if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged 50.00 per half hour charge.
Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am. If we are notified by security of guests be disturbing to others, you could be evicted with no refund.
Renter agrees to report issues with the unit to management by midnight, the day of check in.
No unregistered guests allowed in the property; violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. We do not allow extra guests - including children of any age, we count heartbeats - and only allow the number of occupants, that the unit sleeps. This unit sleeps 4 people max per the fire marshal. No exceptions. If the fire marshal is called to the unit because you are over the legal occupancy, you will be responsible for the fine associated with him coming out.
Failure to take out trash or excessive cleans caused from guest's additional charges will apply. The management company will have the right to charge the guest between $150.00- $300.00 for failing to abide by this rule.
Please note we only provide a starter pack of Amenities, just to get you through the first night.
One roll of paper towels, 1 toilet paper for each bathroom, 1 trash bag for each trashcan, 1 sponge for the kitchen, 1 cascade, 2 pods for laundry, 1 bar soap, 1 shampoo for each bathroom, & 1 conditioner for each bathroom. We do not provide these items for your entire stay.
We respectfully ask all guests not to move the furniture around. All the furniture must be placed back where it was found. During the checkout inspection if furniture is moved around & not put back additional charges will apply.
Check in is 4pm central on the day of arrival & checkout is 10am central on the day of departure. We do not allow early check ins. By booking guest agrees to wait to go to the property until the 4pm check in time or when you have been told by the office that the unit is ready.
1 Parking Pass & 4 armbands can be purchased from the office or security for $50.00 - Please note - you are only allowed 1 parking pass and 4 armbands. No exceptions.
There is no smoking allowed on the balcony. This is a resort rule. Additional charges will apply if this rule is violated.
*** Please Note: this unit does not have a washer & dryer inside the unit - there are coin operated washers n dryers on property -
located on the ground floor. ***
For your protection & ours, we have a ring camera on the front door which records audio and video of the entrance. Do NOT tamper with or cover the camera. If you cover or tamper with the camera - you could be evicted & no refunds will be given.
This property is not pet friendly. Please note: if any evidence of a pet is found or if we find an unauthorized pet in the property, we will evict you immediately without refund and/or charge a fine of $500.00.
The damage waiver included in the booking breakdown does not cover missing items. Examples: missing wristbands, missing beach towels, missing kitchen ware, missing linen, or missing parking passes. Guests will be responsible for paying for those charges.
There is a damage waiver included in the booking breakdown that covers accidental damages. That rate is for stays less than 30days.
If a guest books a 30-60 day stay the rate does increase for those type of bookings. Guests will be responsible for the difference in the price.
