Stayed for the Shootout

The house was as described and back in the cove was a quiet location. The porch made for a quiet place to sit. The water was a little shallow for our liking but there was a signed posted so no issues getting our boat in and out. Plenty of room for parking but we have a 30’ long trailer so getting it into the space took some manual moving. Communication with the host was very prompt and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Lake of the Ozarks Stay

The property was ideal for my family for the week. Being nestled in a quiet cove we were able to be in the water all of the time with little impact from the lake traffic. There was also lots of outdoor space on the property to utilize which was ideal for our group of 10 with ages between 7 and 70.

Summer family trip

Communication was great! Owners were very quick to respond. We had a large group stay here. Plenty of room for all. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. Plenty of parking space! Neighbors were very friendly. We enjoyed our week long visit. I would definitely recommend this place to others! Thank you for letting us stay here! Curl/ French family

Peaceful cove and great location

Property was located in a perfect peaceful cove. Dock was easily accessible. Host was very accommodating and responded to message quickly. Parking was great with plenty of room. We enjoyed our stay but the only down fall was the amount of crickets in the house. We found them either dead or alive on a daily basis. Especially in the master room. Over all the stay was great.

Ozark reunion

Quiet and secluded home at the end of the cove. We enjoyed the wildlife and of course the lake. Home had everything we needed.

Family getaway

We had a great time, the property was set up great for us. Got some great fishing in, and the kids had fun swimming. We were able to do a tour of Bridal cave, go mini golfing and rent a jet ski for a day which were all close to the property. Its a great place to come.

Great Stay: Could be cleaner

Our group of eight enjoyed our stay. The layout of the cabin was nice. There’s a lot of outdoor deck space to lounge and enjoy the water. Our only major problem was the cleanliness of the cabin. There was a lot of dust (blinds and fans had layers of thick dust). There were lots of dead bugs around the trim in the master. We also had an issue with the water turning off, which ended up being the breaker—a known issues after speaking with the neighbors. It tripped several times while we were there. There should be a notice somewhere in the house on the water issue/how to fix it. Overall, we had a great time.

Magical!

I cannot say enough about this property. It was absolutely PERFECT for our family. We loved the house, the dock, and all of the amenities. My sons and nephews positively loved the bunkroom and lovingly referred to it as "The Nerdery". When it was super hot, that's where they would retreat and we could have actual adult conversation. Win-win! Being on the end of the cove was a delight. So peaceful and quiet. Thank you, Kymberly, for an outstanding vacation. We made a TON of new memories! We will return. =)

Kymberly set us up for a great vacation and was very accommodating and helpful! The home is in a great location where you can be secluded but also close to store and activities. I would definitely recommend this home for a lake vacation!

Wonderful Place for a family Get Away

My husband and I, our Parents, and our 2 children enjoyed an extended Holiday weekend and everyone had a wonderful time. There were enough beds/bathrooms and between fishing, the lily pad, and kayaks, days of fun were had on the dock and in the lake. The Hosts and Neighbors were great!

Love this lake house!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. We went kayaking, swimming, and grilled. I loved having my coffee in the gazebo or out by the lake in the morning. There was plenty of room for all 12 of us. I had excellent communication with the owner throughout our stay. We weren't in a hurry to leave.

Fun family getaway

We enjoyed our relaxing trip away with family and this place helped make it great! The location was perfect as it was far enough away from the very busy parts of the lake, which allowed our little ones to enjoy the water without much worry but still close enough to essentials, like a convenience store. My family also enjoyed the provided lily pad and kayaks which we used almost the whole time we were there. Overall, it was a great stay! Thank you Kym and company!

Great place secluded and quiet.

Excellent place to go on the lake. We had a great experience at this and totally recommend it. Quiet secluded place on the end of a nice cove. You get your own boat dock and the place is roomy and comfy. We had 10 people for a bachelor party for the weekend and totally enjoyed it. TV in every room and they totally made sure we had everything we needed. 5 Star place and 5 star owners!

Great property

We completed a family reunion with 3 different families which included 5 adults and 5 children / teens (between the ages of 7-14). This property offered so much right on site with Kayaks, fishing, swimming in the lake, fire pits for a bonfire, and TV’s in every room (including a huge projector in the bunk room which my kids LOVED). This offered us a lot of options to just stick around and relax without having to spend a lot of extra money to find things to do especially with our varied age groups. The location made it easy to get various places in the area as it was only about a 7-10 minute commute to the main road.

Great get a way

Beautiful property, dock was amazing proximity to fun thing s is great! Kayaks provided were so fun! Everything you are looking for in a lake house retreat. Comfy beds, ample room, bring aluminum foil and extra coffee filters! Early mornings were absolutely worth waking up! Wildlife everywhere! Easy to dock a boat and so much swimming room. Fyi there is a loud air compressor/ air conditioner located at an adjacent property that is pretty loud and took a little getting use to. Our host was amazing she stayed in touch and was readily available if needed but also let you be to enjoy your stay.

4th of July Fun

We had a great time at the Lake of the Ozarks over the July 4th week end. We started looking for a house to stay and I found this property and it had everything we were looking for, it was very clean, in a quiet cove, it has a good dock for swimming. Our friends have a boat and enjoyed the convenience of the well set up dock. The kids used the kayaks. Over all it was a great stay. Thanks for letting us enjoy your lake house, we will be back.

Cozy cabin in a quiet cove.

We booked Greenview and will definitely be back! It was a cozy cabin tucked back in a quiet cove and was so convenient to dock our boat. Kym was accommodating and her communication was excellent!

Perfect Family Vacation Lake House!!!

This was an amazing location for our family lake vacation. The lake house was the perfect size for all of us and it was in the back of a cove so quiet and secluded. It had everything we needed. The personal dock to fish off, kayaks and floating mat was a huge hit and kept our family busy and having fun. The master bedroom huge comfortable sectional couch we fell in love with and was perfect for gathering in one room to watch a movie and play cards. I highly recommend this property and will definitely look into going back!
