The Blue house didn’t disappoint!

The house was immaculate! My wife and I needed a space for our two dogs during a wedding ceremony and “The Blue House” was perfect. The house was fenced in and the neighborhood was very dog friendly. Neil was very involved in the process and provided us with lots of information. I’d highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back.

The Blue House

The home was very comfortable, clean and in a great location...just a few blocks to the beach and a short drive to Assateague Island. Not to mention the indoor/outdoor putt putt golf just around the corner. The host was very easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed.

Great place and outstanding host!

Awesome place to stay!

We loved staying at the Blue House! It's in a super convenient, nice quiet neighborhood. Easy to get everywhere. Near a park and tiny free library. The house is so cute and comfy. They had everything we needed during our stay. My adult son enjoyed the N64. My hubby enjoyed the coffee making equipment! We had a great time and would definitely stay again. The host, Neil, is super attentive, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Drama free vacation

The house itself was clean and comfortable. The outside shower came in handy to rinse off the children. Both bathrooms were very nice and having a washer and dryer truly helped. Love both the decks. The street was quiet. My dog was very well-behaved and enjoyed the yard and nearby park with the kids.

Perfect family getaway

A charming house filled with many amenities was perfect for a family get away. We enjoyed lounging around the many indoor and outdoor spaces including playing ping pong, relaxing on the hammock, drinking coffee in the sunroom and playing games. Easy walk to the beach and easy drive to other activities including Assateague Island. Neil, the host was very responsive and the fresh donuts delivered our first morning was a nice touch and a big hit! Highly recommend a stay at The Blue House!

Great property for multiple guests with comfortable layout and nicely furnished kitchen/dining/living room. Lots of amenities to help save on packing. Very dog friendly, too!

Amazing host and great home for a family vacation!

We loved our stay at the Blue Beach House! Neil was an amazing host and went above and beyond in his communication and hospitality. Neil reached out ahead of time with check in info/reminders and also offered to help book reservations, yoga, and surfing as well. Any message I sent was replied to in a very timely manner. The house was clean and in a cute neighborhood that is within walking distance to the beach. Neil not only provided great amenities, including beach equipment, linens, and so much more, but also sent us welcome donuts on the first morning of our stay. The Blue Beach House has everything you would need for a relaxing family vacation and you absolutely won’t be disappointed!

Perfect family house

Our family had a wonderful time at Neil's Blue House. The charming home is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Neil responded to our questions within 15 minutes via text and email. We had plenty of room with 6 adults to stay comfortably. We would certainly recommend this property and look forward to staying there again.

Great stay!

This was a great house. Loved the layout and open space. The bedrooms also had space to walk around. Kitchen was well stocked with all our needs, including a fridge with water and ice maker, which I don't often find in rentals. Loved the sunroom entrance so we weren't dragging sand through the house. Our kids enjoyed the ping pong table out back and pickleball court around the corner and the neighborhood was lovely for morning runs and walks with our pup. Neil was an attentive host, checking in every day, and he even sent us some goodies. Highly recommend!

Wonderful!!!

5 bikes, with the ping pong table outside on the back patio was great we used them all. Actually had a little ping pong tournament. Park is a block away which was great for taking our dog for a quick potty walk. Tv in every room as well which was nice. We had a wonderful family stay!! Thank you

Nice stay at the Blue House!

For my family of four and dog, this was a nice cozy house. It was super clean, had everything you needed in the kitchen, bedrooms, and bath, and every room was decorated very nicely. Also, it felt spacious in the main living area with the cathedral ceilings and plenty of comfy furniture to lounge on. My children enjoyed the extras like the bikes, the Nintendo, galaxy light, and Pickleball set. There is a small park that we visited every day with the dog and played plenty of Pickleball at because it was so close to the house. And also within walking distance is the beach. It is a cute little neighborhood that was quiet during our April visit. The host Neil was great and even sent us donuts! I highly recommend this house and would stay there again.

Great house, great hosts for family trip to Ocean City!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Blue House. The house is located just a few blocks (about a 5-minute) walk to the beach. It's at the northern end of Ocean Beach, so about a 15-minute drive to the Boardwalk. We went during the offseason, so Ocean Beach was pretty quiet and rainy overall, but we still found things to do, like mini golf, an escape room, Ripley's Believe It or Not, surf shops like Ron Jon and Quiet Storm, fresh cut fries at Thrashers, etc. The house is also about a 25-minute drive from Assateague Island where we got to see the wild horses on the beach. Definitely worth the trip! We started our morning with walks down to the park where the kids played pickle ball (also included with the house) and box soccer on the racquetball courts! It's a great place to walk the dogs, with lot of grass and doggie bags. :) The layout of the house is really great for a family. My kids loved waking up each morning and sitting at the kitchen bar to eat breakfast and watch our favorite shows on the large flatscreen TV. We loved the open floorplan, well-equipped kitchen, complete with coffee grinder, french press, and an espresso machine. Our dogs loved the front porch off the front of the house, a safety gate is included if you want to block off the front steps! Neil and Heather were awesome hosts answering all our questions before and during our trip. They even had fresh donuts delivered on our first morning. Highly recommend the house and hosts! Hope to be back soon!

Best rental experience ever!

We decided on a last minute weekend getaway and contacted the host within two days of the potential stay. Neil was very responsive and extremely generous in accommodating the short notice. The positive communication continued throughout the stay. The house is immaculate and sooooo cozy! It doesn’t feel like a rental; it feels like home. The neighborhood was nice with a small park nearby, which was helpful for our dogs. I highly recommend this house and its hosts. We were even surprised with a delivery of donuts! Thank you so much for a wonderful weekend!

Cozy Stay!

I was here with three adults and our pup for our visit. This house was super cozy, less than 1 mile from a grocery store and super convenient for us. The beds were comfy. The house was CLEAN. The neighborhood was great to walk the dog. The living room was comfy. We cooked while we were there, so the oven & the microwave were great. They had wine glasses, a wine opener, and an ice maker that made enough ice for us. We REALLY like the sun porch and the front porch for our pup to see the world. The house gave a super cozy feel for us. We LOVED the double-sized bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom. All the bedrooms are connected to the hall. The hot water was great and the pressure in the master shower was great, too! The double parking and the street parking gave us enough room for everyone in our party. Thanks for a wonderful visit!

Blue House Thankgiving

The Blue House met the expectations of the adults. The hosts earned high marks for having Dunkin Donuts delivered Thanksgiving morning. Having never been to OC and accustomed to rentals on the coast of South Carolina; we found the homes in this area to be exceptionally close together. Since it was November with cold weather and few visitors, this was not a problem for us. Thank you Neil and Elizabeth for being so responsive to each of our inquiries!

A Wonderful Experience!

My wife and I just completed a 7-night off-season stay at the Blue House, and I honestly could not recommend it more highly. Located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood halfway between the ocean and bay, it is jam packed with amenities and exactly as described by the hosts. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable, and the spacious kitchen was perfect for all of our needs. Everything from start to finish was effortless and seamless. Though a working getaway at a non-traditional time of year, we were still able to enjoy several wonderful local restaurants and numerous hours on the beach with our pups. The house's location near the Delaware border made it especially ideal for us in terms of travel to Fenwick Island State Park. Communication with the hosts was fantastic whenever necessary, and they were extraordinarily kind about the fact that one of our dogs did a little chewing on a throw pillow. The neighbors we encountered were extremely friendly, and we truly felt very much at home throughout our stay. We will absolutely return.

Great experience

The house was exactly as described in the pictures. Located in a quiet neighborhood very close to the beach. The house was cozy and had everything we needed Neil and Elizabeth were very communicative and welcoming. We will definitely look to stay again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at the BlueHouse. Neil was a wonderful host and went above and beyond to welcome us and make us comfortable. The home is just as depicted and filled with lots of little extras. Would definitely stay here again.

We're a husband and wife duo committeed to really bringing our guests wonderful experiences at our property.

Our journey into being hosts began when we couldnt find a hotel to stay at that was pet friendly, while being close to the beach, where we can also charge our car.

Fastforward to now, we're enjoy filling that niche and being apart of making peoples vacation experiences wonderful.

Before you enter the house, you walk in through an open sunroom that where you can entertain, play games, and enjoy the weather under the shade.

Walking into the house, you're greeted by a large living area with a 65 inch TV, open kitchen with barstools, and a full size dining table that opens to the front deck where you can enjoy the beautiful ocean city weather.

You'll also have a large full sized sofa bed to sleep or lounge on ready to be opened for the night or evening.

The front deck is open to the the beautiful outdoors with seating for 8 and coffee tables for your beverage of choice.

We have three bedrooms and 4 beds - a king bed, queen bed, and a full over full bunk bed. The master bedroom has an attached full bath, and there another full bath in the hallway shared with the queen and bunk beds. Each room has a 55 inch TV, and ample lighting to read before going to bed.

The king bed opens up to the back wrap around deck where there is more seating with an outdoor shower for those long days at the beach.

On the back deck there's also a charcoal grill ready to enjoy a summer barbeque (charcoal not provided).

In the front we have 4 bikes along with beach chairs, body boards, and umbrella for you to enjoy everything OC has to offer.

Outside you've also got a ping pong table that's easy to set up and use!
