Take a deep breath, relax, and gather with friends or family. Bella Vista is the perfect launchpad to explore all NWA Arkansas has to offer. Centrally located, our 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is situated by Windsor Lake, Little Sugar Tunnel Vision trail system, and near local golf courses. This retreat will feel like your own private oasis. We are walking distance to Crystal Cave bat cave & the local trail system connecting to Tanya Creek waterfall, Blowing Springs, Back 40, and Slaughter Pen.

Summer: Swim or float in Sugar Creek, Elk River in Pineville, MO, the 6 local lakes, or have fun at Kingsdale Swimming Pool.

Close to Five regulation, 18-hole courses, 2 nine-hole courses, and miniature golf.

Bella Vista has numerous Pickleball and Tennis courts.

We offer guest passes to local POA amenities.

A few miles away from Crystal Bridges Museum and downtown Bentonville.

Great Place, Great Communication

We have stayed here twice now and it's been a great experience both times. Host is communicative and check out procedures were very reasonable. Great place to stay.

Perfect place for our cyclation!!

We did two days of mountain biking in the area. All the trails are close by. Very bike friendly community. This place is very clean and comfortable, quiet neighborhood. Candi and Matt are excellent hosts.

Golf Trip

This place worked out perfectly for our annual golf trip. The owner communicates everything and the condo/townhome was in excellent shape and very clean. All beds were comfortable and the location is close to everything. Highly recommend staying here. We will stay here again when we come back.

Very clean rental in a great location

This property is very clean. It accommodated our 6 people very well. My only suggestion would be more comfortable furniture for those of us that are a little older. Overall it was nice to have 4 bedrooms with one bedroom on the main floor for my parents so they didn't have to go up and down stairs. The laundry facilities were used and are in great shape. Easy to get to off of the highway and close to all the places we wanted to visit. Instructions and communication were excellent. Candi and Matt were great to work with. I took away one star due to the lack of a recliner or rocker. :)

Nice Stay

Our stay in Bella Vista was nice. The property was as described. Very modern and in a good location. My only suggestion would be to get more comfortable furniture. It seemed like all of the furniture was uncomfortable to sit in. Other than that, the property was clean, in good repair and exactly as advertised. We'd stay here again. Thanks for your hospitality.

Baseball tournament from Arkansas to Missouri

Let me begin by emphasizing the cleanliness of this property. Tremendously clean. It felt like home. Wonderfully maintained. One of the main concerns my family has in renting VRBO’s is the clean factor. This location was the cleanest we have ever stayed in. Location was outstanding. My high school son had a tournament with games played all over the Fayetteville area and even into Missouri. This property had easy access to highways that minimized our travel times. Great access to convenience stores, grocery stores and restaurants as well. During down time my kids were able to swim at the neighborhood pool and play pickle ball. The staff at the pool were unbelievably friendly. My wife and I were able to take advantage of a couple of the hiking/walking trails as well for some morning exercise. If you are in this area I would highly recommend this property for your stay. We are very particular about our lodging and this met every need.
