All new private stand alone mother in law suite. Stainless steel fridge, microwave, granite countertops, four top stove with oven. Comfortable full size memory foam mattress and nice Serta couch. Outdoor couch and hightop seating area, off street parking for one vehicle. Non-smoking facility quiet peaceful setting. Close to everything easy access to beaches, downtown St Pete, Tampa, Clearwater Fl. Entire exterior property has security cameras for our guest peace of mind and safety. Please make sure you are verified with photo ID or Passport with vrbo before booking with us. Our suite and surrounding area is safe secure and functions as should.

Just me relaxing.

This is a great little spot and Mike is a great host although I only saw him briefly a couple times. I knew he was there if I needed him though. The place is clean and neat and very private. I was alone but no trouble for a couple to stay. Highly recommend.

Excellent Studio!

House was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Mike, the owner was very easy to deal with and made the whole renting process very easy. The house was perfect for my needs and I would definitely rent again.

“Little Oasos

On arrival I discovered very charming landscaping and ornamental plants on the property. When I entered I discovered modern and clean accommodations. Clean towels and bedding as well. Fresh fruit and water bottles were a nice treat. Made me feel welcomed. Conveniently located very close to the main highway and shopping. Seating provided outside presented me with a relaxing retreat and privacy. The choice of landscape plants made you feel like you were in your own little oasis. Quiet setting. Small recommendation: a couch with arms on the end to lean on. Would make for a more comfortable tv viewing experience. Ultimately a truly pleasurable stay.

Great accommodations

House was neat and clean. Very well kept. Mike was friendly and helpful on arrival. I would rent again if in area and recommend for a single guest or couple.

Cozy studio

Mike is a super host! This compact property is located in a quiet, central neighborhood with easy access to all of St. Pete. Top-quality renovation and furnishings provide everything you need to live and relax. Surroundings are absolutely quiet all day and night, so you can really feel at home here. Highly recommended.

Clean, modern and cool

I spent five nights here and it was wonderful. The apartments was very clean and modern. The AC kept the place very comfortable. Having the covered patio was great. I would have my coffee there in the morning and a beer there in the evening. The owner was excellent and timely with communication. I would definately stay here again. Thanks!

Hello, our suite is located just minutes to downtown Saint Pete and our beautiful beaches.
Very private, safe and exceptionally clean space with granite countertops, walk in shower, nice memory foam mattress, serta innerspring couch. Relax outside under a ceiling fan at the table or on the small couch. Safe Off street parking for one car or truck in front of unit. Single stand alone building all new and extra clean. For one person only. Has mini split and wall unit ac to make sure you are nice and cool.
