Serene Escape in Provenza - Along a Peaceful Stream!
This 3 bedroom, 2 bath property offers proximity to the Provenza restaurants while being far enough up the hill to remain quiet and peaceful for some privacy while you work from home or to enjoy the sounds of the river alongside from the hammock on the patio. It's on a private/closed street so no traffic to bother you.
This space is ideal for families who want to enjoy a relaxing time together, cooking in the remodeled kitchen, sharing a meal at the handmade circular dining table, snuggling up on the couch for a movie, getting some work done at the multiple work areas strategically located throughout the home as well as taking a break at the end of the evening in the privacy of your own master retreat spa with a jacuzzi bathtub.
This is a great home to unwind in whether it be from a busy day out seeing some of the sights around town, travels further from home, or even the day-to-day hustle and bustle. I personally remodeled this home for myself and rent it out just 1-2 times a year to long-term guests who want to come and enjoy Medellin for an extended stay whether it be for work or play.
The building is surrounded by some other high-rise buildings and a couple of small fincas (farmhouses) yet there are sweeping 360-degree panoramic views because this condo houses the entire 10th floor. Every single room has a view! Waking up for sunrise is usually well worth it as is the sunset because the clouds gather in the mountains and create dramatic scenes in the sky.

I grew up in northern California in a small rural farm town, and even though Medellin is a big city, this condo feels almost like home because it's so peaceful. The stunning sunsets with the clouds that form in the mountains also remind me of home. It's like a nature retreat while remaining in the city, the best of both worlds in my opinion. I bought and remodeled this condo in 2017 and have enjoyed using it and sharing it with others ever since.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
This is one of the few larger condos you will find at this price in the Provenza area of Medellin. It's about 1,600 square feet and offers plenty of space for each person to have some of their own space while still coming together for meals around the dining room table.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
The most unique benefit is the master bathroom. We upgraded and remodeled it in the summer of 2022 to include a dual vanity, jacuzzi tub, and beautifully designed closet area. This is the perfect retreat either after a long day working remotely in the home or out and about in the city. It's unique as most homes do not even have bathtubs let alone jacuzzi tubs. It's important to us and I am happy to share this with guests.
