Great stay just a minute from Lake Michigan!

Found this gem just as described. Loved the Danish Kringle left by the host--a great treat!The apartment was actually bigger than we expected, and felt very homey for our three night getaway.We would stay here again!

SOOOOOO Cute and close to the beach

Just needed a night away from the city and a place close to see an old friend. This place is so nicely decorated, clean, and relaxing. So many beautiful, special touches to make you feel at home. Communication with host was excellent.

beautiful apartment, located in a great area-we walked the neighborhoods all week and enjoyed the views of Lake Michigan They had a fresh Kringle waiting for us at check-in--what a nice touch!

Visiting Family

The apartment was clean and the beds were very comfortable. It’s nicely decorated and, as the description says, cozy. Upon arrival there was a personalized welcome board and nice treats waiting for us. The host even left a little Halloween bucket filled with goodies, which my granddaughter was excited about. The location is within easy walking distance to downtown and the lake. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful ground level apartment

The home is well appointed, clean, and we felt very welcomed. There were some nice little touches that Ive never seen in another vacation rental. The check in instructions were clear and easy. The unit is walking distance to downtown, and the lake. This worked out great for us!

This location is just what our family needed for a family wedding. So many restaurants and things to see within walking distance, including the lake! A yummy Kringle was on the counter when we arrived - a very nice touch and one we all enjoyed. The apartment was comfortable and had everything that we needed.

This apartment is in an excellent location in one of Racine's most historic districts, just a short walk to the beautiful beaches on Lake Michigan as well as the vibrant downtown. The host thought of everything to make my stay pleasant, with an easy check-in and a fully-equipped kitchen. I definitely would stay here again.

Clean and close to the lake.

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. The owner was very hospitable and even left us some yummy Kringle. The larger bed was not very comfortable. I would recommend a mattress topper. Also, the listing says there is AC but we discovered there is forced air heat but no cold air. This place worked well for the couple nights we were there.The location was nice and the residents in the neighborhood were friendly.

Perfect location

This is the second time we have stayed at this location. It's a block and a half away from a event we are at and was great to just walk to. Beautiful little place and the owners are great to work with.

Nice Place with good location

Host was great and the apartment was clean and cozy. Good location. Very comfortable gathering space. The full and queen bed are comfortable. Only downer are the futons. Most uncomfortable futons we have ever encountered. Do not count on them for an adult. Maybe ok for very small children. This property should be listed as sleeping capacity of 4.

Wonderful!

We booked an overnight stay at this lovely place for our daughter for her birthday. Upon checking in, she discovered a birthday card and some treats left by the hosts. Such a nice touch! Our daughter gave a glowing report of the accommodations. If you’re in the area, plan to stay here.

Comfortable and great location

Our family was very happy here! We could walk to museums, restaurants, views, and more. The beds were very comfortable. Lots of natural light. The house was cool and refreshing on hot days! The SC Johnson tour is a must if you’re a Frank Lloyd Wright fan. North Beach, Zoo Beach, Wind Point Lighthouse beach were gorgeous and a short drive. Also easy to get to Milwaukee and Chicago. The restaurants in town are fantastic. Beautiful architecture everywhere.

Such a great little place close to the downtown of Racine. I was at an event at the church a block and a half away so was nice to just be able to park at the place and then walk over to the church each day. Enjoyed the stay so much that we booked for next year already.

we booked this house summer of 2022. The day of our arrival we were emailed by the owner we don't have a reservation. I was informed by the owner that there were were several emails of communication there was no reservation. We had a confirmation number but it was a mute point. Book with caution.
