Renters Must Be 25 years of age or older to rent. The Showboat is a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home that sleeps 10. This home is located on the bayside in the Lakewood subdivision. This cute home is in a great location, close to everything, yet still in a quiet area. This recently updated home has a great floorplan with an open kitchen/living area. This large area is a great place to spend time with your family. Cook all your favorite meals or enjoy take-out from your favorite restaurants. This home has Wi-Fi for your convenience. The bedrooms are spacious and the perfect place to retreat after a long day at the beach. Sit outside on the deck and enjoy the peaceful neighborhood and a view of the lake. Downstairs is the perfect spot to sit around and grill your favorite food. This home sits at the end of the street with lots of room for kids to play.

We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.

There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 sponge
1 small dish soap
2 roll toilet paper per toilet
Small bar hand soap

Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray and sunscreen! Enjoy parasailing, sunset cruises, putt-putt, swim up bars, etc., on our beautiful peninsula!
This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents.
