Located on the 18th floor of the Golden Sands building, this condo is a sure bet for your coastal getaway. Floor-to-ceiling windows highlight both the open living area and the main suite, showcasing incredible ocean views. When you stay at this lovely beachfront community, enjoy amazing amenities such as a pool, tennis, sauna, and game room!

The immaculate kitchen is equipped with all you need to create your favorite recipes, including stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. For added entertainment after fun-filled days, you can watch your favorite movies and shows on the living area's smart TV. When it's time to call it a night, the bedrooms have their own smart TVs. A sofa bed in the living room provides an extra sleeping space.

This beachfront condo is ideally located within walking distance of various dining and shopping options; you can also take the bus for hassle-free travel to your favorite destinations. The historic Ocean City Boardwalk, with its carnival atmosphere, great food, and superb nightlife, is located five miles south. You can also plan a fun family day at Jolly Roger Amusement Park and Splash Mountain Waterpark, only four miles south.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Nice Stay. Would stay again.

Room was clean. Overall complex was clean. There was a couple of small issues with the room (Broken towel rack, Noisy beds, some sand on floor) but, we would stay again.

Great little getaway

Nice place

We really enjoyed the view and the cleanliness. I wish the bathrooms were a little larger but they did what they were supposed to. The bath linens were very worn and rough. Felt like sandpaper on your skin. The toilet tissue was less than paper thin. Recommend bringing your own.

Beautiful Condo

From the first step in, everything matched what you see in the photos. Everything was clean and avaiable. View is amazing from the main area and especially from the bedroom. Will definitely keep this unit in mind should we visit the area again. Close to everything. If you need a location that is relaxing and away from the hustle/bustle of touristy OC, this is the prefect unit.

Power outage!

Half way thru vacation electric was shut off.Guess the owner didn't pay the bill. Vacasa came to the rescue and relocated us to a beautiful location for the rest of the week.

Perfect Family Getaway Spot!

This condo was just as described in the pictures and listing. It’s been beautifully updated and spotless! The view also couldn’t have gotten any better. It was relaxing to wake up and see the Atlantic Ocean right outside our window. My only complaint is that the unit doesn’t have its own designated WiFi. It depends on the Grand Sands guest WiFi network which did not connect or was extremely slow when it did. This wasn’t enough for me to dock a star as the condo really was comfortable and it felt like home.

Perfect

Condo is exactly how it looks in the pictures, the view from the master bedroom and living room are absolutely beautiful. Furniture is comfortable, showers have good water pressure, and washer/dryer was very convenient. The deck and tiki bar frequently have events going on, so that was a nice perk too. There are quite a few restaurants and stores within walking distance, but it's still far enough away from the super busy "boardwalk" type condos. My family and I very much enjoyed our vacation. The only suggestion for the owner is to remove the glass piece off of the night stand in the "kids" bedroom. As this is no fault to the owner, vacasa, or VRBO, it is just a suggestion. Unfortunately, on our 3rd night here, my *almost* 6 year old rolled off of the bed and hit his forehead on this glass piece on the night stand and it was a blood bath at 4am requiring a trip to the emergency room and him needing stitches. That made the final 2 beach days impossible because he couldnt submerge in water, get sand on his head, or get splashed with ocean water. Thankfully, there are plenty of other fun things to do other than the beach to keep us all occupied. Thanks for the great stay!

its the little things

Night I arrived the door lock did not function properly and I was unable to lock the door. I had to stay with the room until a service person arrived and gave me a key to use stating that the issue was likely bad batteries. The lock was not fixed during my stay. As a result of this I was not able to go out with my group to already planned festivities so my 1st night there was a bust. The bifold door to the laundry fell on me when I went to open it, it was just leaning on the tracks. The unit was very nice and would have been wonderful if not for these things which frankly could have been avoided

Amazing View!

Very modern, cute, spacious condo! Sheets and bathroom towels provided along with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher pods etc. kitchen was fully equipped. Beds were comfortable. Water pressure isn’t the best but it could be worse. Cleanliness of the condo could have been much better in regards to the kitchen and floors. There was a chicken bone in the bottom of the kitchen trash can when we arrived. However, the view from the balcony and bedroom is unbeatable! There’s a door to the balcony from the main bedroom. Only con of this condo was if you have a beach wagon to carry down to the beach you either have to go down stairs from the first floor or go to the lobby and go around to the left up the handicap ramp to access the beach. There should be a ramp closer to lobby or from first floor for easier/quicker access. And there is no ice machine. The fridge has an ice maker but it takes a while to fill all the way up. The curtains for the main bedroom are hard to pull open/shut. Need a step stool (in the laundry closet) or very tall person to operate. Other than that this place met all expectations! 10/10 would rent again! You won’t get a better view from a bedroom!

Golden Sand

Loved the open-plan layout. The television in the living area needs "Ruky" or cable. There should be information on the activities available. For example, there was an organized fireworks, we only knew about it when it started.

Bit of R and R

This home was perfect for my family. Views were exceptional from the master bedroom and Living Room. Wake up every morning to a beautiful sunrise. Beautiful sunset over bay as well. 2nd bedroom was small and dark bit ok for sleep.

Great place

It was a beautiful condo and we had a wonderful time. I felt that communication with questions was difficult at times. The biggest concern was the drainage in the master bathroom tub. Seems clogged and doesn’t drain, allowing debris (possible sewage) back into the tub. I had to scrub the tub before giving my grandson a bath. Other than that it was a very nice condo.

Stunning ocean views

I loved the fact that they have thier own private access to the beach. You are still close enough to drive down to bustling boardwalk but this place has its own tiki bar with appetizers and a gift shop amd arcade. Theres also an indoor pool on top floor of hotel. Rooms were perfectly cleaned and was a great stay.

Beautiful Home with only 2 cons

**It states it is an angle view...It is direct ocean front! Let me start with all the wonderful things about this home. It is furnished nicely and modern. It is very clean and they even provide clean sheets, pillow cases, towels, pods for the dishwasher and washing machine along with providing trash bags. Check in and check out was a breeze! For the (2) cons - The shower head in the master bath, was absolutely awful. It is a light mist with a water saver on it, no wand. I could not rinse my hair. Very frustrating. The washer and dryer are apartment size. When you rent a 2 bedroom, 2 bath for a family, you would need a bigger washer and dryer. If those two things don't bother you, then by all means, rent this home; you will love it. We won't be back only due to the shower. I was tempted to wash my hair in the kitchen sink!
