It features a rooftop jacuzzi on the second floor terrace, perfect for relaxing while enjoying the view of the lagoon and the sea. It's the ideal retreat for families or groups of friends looking to unwind, reconnect, and enjoy the peace of the beach.
The Space:
With a modern yet warm design, HOP Bali blends wood and contemporary architecture to integrate beautifully with the natural surroundings. Located in front of a serene lagoon and just steps from the ocean, this home offers a truly unique and relaxing experience. Floor-to-ceiling windows connect the indoors with the stunning landscape.
Enjoy a private jacuzzi on the second floor with panoramic views of both the lagoon and the seaâperfect for sunset relaxation. The 500m2 of living space are thoughtfully distributed to provide comfort and privacy, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, spacious social areas, and cozy bedrooms designed for rest.

Youâll have full access to all areas of HOP Bali, a private villa designed for your comfort and relaxation. This includes six bedrooms, five bathrooms, and all indoor living spaces. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen â perfect for preparing your favorite meals â and the spacious social areas ideal for gathering and unwinding.
A special highlight is the private jacuzzi on the second-floor terrace, offering stunning views of the lagoon and the sea. Youâll also enjoy the BBQ grill, furnished outdoor seating area, and free private parking .

HOP Bali is located in an exclusive private condominium facing a beautiful lagoon and just steps from the ocean. The setting is peaceful, secure, and surrounded by nature, with 24/7 security and direct access to private beaches, lagoons, and scenic walking trails.
The community features shared amenities like swimming pools, sports courts, gardens, and a clubhouse â perfect for enjoying with family or friends. With year-round sunshine, itâs an ideal place to relax and disconnect.
Just 2 hours south of Lima, itâs conveniently located 20 minutes from Chincha, 10 minutes from Pisco, and 30 minutes from Paracas Bay. A service station with a well-stocked minimarket and restaurant is right at the entrance of the condo, and youâll also find nearby access to supermarkets, banks, and essential services.
Getting Around:
HOP Bali is located inside the private gated community âPlaya del Carmenâ at kilometer 204 of the new Panamericana Sur highway. The entrance is next to a REPSOL gas station with a minimarket and restaurant. After passing the station, take the dirt road to the right and drive about 500 meters to reach the entrance gate.
From this location, itâs easy to explore nearby destinations. Just 25 minutes away is Chincha, a city famous for its Afro-Peruvian heritage, music, and food. In 30 minutes, youâll reach Paracas Bay, perfect for nature tours, beaches, and marine life. Pisco is only 10 minutes away, and Ica is about an hour's drive.
Youâll also find nearby supermarkets, banks, and shopping centers to meet all your travel needs.

The gated community offers 24/7 security for a safe and peaceful stay.
The house comes fully equipped with linens, towels, kitchen utensils, and basic cleaning supplies.

Access to the community includes a short dirt road; we recommend arriving by car.
Parties and loud music are not allowed in accordance with condominium rules.
