Sit back and enjoy the panoramic ocean view and easy beach access from the beautifully furnished Hang Ten. This beach retreat boasts a vaulted ceiling, a great room with new sofas and a 75-inch smart TV, a spacious kitchen with all new appliances (except the built-in oven), and a sunroom/dining area with new tables and chairs overlooking the pool and picturesque sunsets. Two separate bedroom wings on each level allow multi-family privacy, as well as room to spread out. Upstairs, each wing has three bedrooms and two baths, including a primary suite with a luxurious primary bathroom. The north main bathroom has a new vanity light, the south main bath has been repainted with the same color and has a new vanity light, and the half bathroom has been painted with a new color and boasts a new vanity light.

The downstairs level offers four bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms (half bath has a new vanity light), a second great room with new sofas and amenities, and a convenient kitchenette. Everyone will love this downstairs great room complete with a TV, foosball table, and a vintage arcade machine retrofitted to play all the classics!

The backyard is fully enclosed and includes a private pool and an open-air game area. Enjoy a game of Ping-Pong in the fresh air, step out into the yard for a game of Cornhole, or just sit back and relax by the pool. There is something for everyone in this great outdoor living space. In addition, two front decks, and a rear deck are available to extend your fun outdoors or break away for some peace and quiet. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
