The primary suite has a stunning en-suite bath that includes a glass walk-in shower with dual shower heads and a soaker tub. The primary suite also has a private deck for your own personal view of the ocean. The game room boasts finished wood floors, a large-screen TV, a beautiful slate pool table, comfy seating, and a half bath to service the game room and pool area. The owners of this 4,000-square-foot, semi-oceanfront beauty have continually made improvements, upgrades, and changes to enhance your vacation experience. The owners are proud to share their slice of Sandbridge paradise with you. The house's other features include a private pool and a massive, second-floor, wrap-around sun deck both with lots of deck furniture. There is a fabulous party gazebo located poolside that offers its own refrigerator and plenty of bar stools for those who want a break from the sun. Enjoy cooking up some barbecue with the grill located next to the gazebo and hot tub. Is the ocean calling you? Convenient beach access is located right across the street.

Lovely stay!

Very nice house

We loved the pool , hot tub and the cabana bar the inside of the house was very beautiful we all would stay there again. I would have given a 5 star rating but the cleaning could have been alot better

Wonderful beach community

Beautiful beach community. Very little commercial and only one condo complex so never crowded. Just five miles away any type of shopping venue as available.

Great place but….

The property was beautiful and comfortable. However, the bedroom in basement was misleading. The bunk beds were in a dark space with just a1/2 bathroom no shower. There kitchen was well appointed but we found one of the cabinet kitchen doors was broken. Otherwise being so close to the ocean was perfect.

Excellent Property

We have stayed in several VRBO properties over the last 5 years. This property ranks very high on the list because of the amenities and service. I was amazed at how well the kitchen was stocked with utensils. Our family love to play games and there were soooo many choices. The property itself is close to many stores, restaurants, etc. There was ample parking spaces. Finally, we had a problem with the TV in the main living space. We were concerned because we love to watch football. I was amazed at how fast the technician (Mike) got there and how fast the problem was resolved. We would definitely stay there again.

Huge home. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for our family. My husband and I and our son are from Ga. My daughter her husband and three grandkids and three great grandkids are from Delaware. So we all meet for a family vacation. Loved having our own pool and hot tub. And being so close to the beach. The best of two worlds. We also loved being able to use the bicycles. Great time and a lot of memories. Thanks

Overall, we had a great stay. There were a few things that could have used some attention, but overall the house was just as described and it was a very enjoyable stay. The outside area was our favorite part. As well as the proximity to the beach.

Spacious home

We rent vacation homes a lot for family vacations and this is one of the best ones I have rented!! My favorite part was that every bedroom had its own bathroom which is a big plus when traveling with a big group with kids. Location was perfect right across from the beach. House was clean and had lots of kitchen gadgets and utensils. The sunrise and sunset were breathtaking from the patio. We will definitely have to rent again during the warmer season to enjoy the pool area.

Seven years and still going back

Every bedroom had a private bath! Plus 2 1/2 extra. Kitchen decently stocked. Nice pool. House plan works for our large family but house is dated inside.

Tropical storm Ophelia week-end

The house was amazing, plenty of room for us. The only problem was that the hot tub stopped working because of the storm and the skylight leaked but the management company came out Saturday morning to fix the problem with the hot tub. The house was clean, close to the beach and the pool, hot tub and outside bar were the hit of the weekend along with the pool table. The parking was great and there were plenty of toys and games to keep everyone occupied. I would definitely recommend this property if you're traveling with a large group. Also, there was a bar room right off the living room which was also very cool.

Overall Great, List of Pros & Cons

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The biggest issue we had was the insufficient info provided on the ground current. On our 1st evening we felt electricity in the pool. While trying to figure it out, contact Vacasa, etc. we find a small note posted on the corner of the fridge inside the house explaining how the .5 volts of ground current are not a danger. Even if this is the case, this should be displayed on a LARGE sign AT the pool so folks can see it BEFORE swimming. Pros: The house is a good size, PLENTY of bathrooms, fully stocked. In a great location, directly across from beach access. Outdoor area is awesome-large pool, plenty of chairs, nice hot tub, bathroom just inside. Cons: Vacasa makes you check-in at their office, even if you have keyless entry. We had been in the car since 7am & had to wait in a drive through line just to get a piece of paper with information that had already been emailed to us, plus a realtor's flyer. The house had not been thoroughly cleaned- dust & trash in various corners & under the furniture. The icemaker was a huge benefit until it stopped working on the 2nd day. We spent our vacation time defrosting it according to the directions & it still didn't work. Alerted Vacasa twice to the issue. They sent out a rep who agreed it wasn't working, but that was all we heard. This could have easily been resolved since an appliance company was on-site THREE different times to install a dishwasher.

Phenomenal Family Fun

This house was as close to the beach as could be without actually being on the beach! We had two families meeting for the first time. There was plenty of space for gathering and finding solitude, even on a rainy day. The house had everything we needed. It was well stocked with dishes, silverwear, appliances and basic spices. The pool was a hit with the kids, especially as there was a beach warning while we were there. We knew to bring our own beach towels from the check-in details and had family nearby for extra dishwashing tabs and garbage. We would definitely stay here again!

Great family beach house

Eight adults and 7 children aged 6 to 18 had a great week at Lacado Brista! There is plenty of space for everyone to gather or to have their own private space if needed. We especially enjoyed the proximity to the beach(although it does not have waterview) and the pool area with a hot tub, gazebo bar and refrigerator. It also helped that we had PERFECT weather all week after the area was hit with a tropical storm the week before.

Great VA Beach stay

This property is great. We had a party of 6 and we were all very comfortable and had an amazing time! The pool and hot tub were great and it’s a 2 minute walk to the beach!

Great vaca

Awesome house more than anything you would need for in home cooking.. Plenty of towels and wash rags.. We brought toys for the kids and shouldn't have there are plenty of thing for kids to play with there.. plus they think its all cool stuff because its new to them.. boogie boards wave slippers, sand toys you name it its there.. very short walk to the beach and we had a 1 year old, two 3 year olds, and a 9 year old with us.. only bad thing I have to say is they could have done better with the dusting.. but after the first half hour I totally forgot about that..

Beautiful home

This home has a spacious living room with a great view. Having the bar area and ice machine is very nice. Four bedrooms are very spacious, the other small but adequate. Our family really enjoyed our week.

2022 Family Beach Vacation

We've been going to Sandbridge for the last 3 years and this is by far our favorite house. It provided lots of space for our large group. In addition, the pool and cabana were in great shape. We've had places that advertise a cabana and it was unusable. We spent much of our time each day here.
