Amazing house!

We had an amazing stay at this property. The house is gorgeous, very bright, nicely decorated and with everything you’d need. Communication with the owner was seamless and the check in process was very easy. I recommend this house to anyone for a nice getaway weekend!

A quiet week in the mountains

The property is beautiful and on the edge of a large undeveloped forest so it was like visiting a nature preserve. In 6 days we saw many birds, chipmunks and squirrel but also deer, wild turkey, snapping turtle, toads, snakes and even a few black bears. Its an easy drive to Bethel Woods and many other local points of interest and the owner Lianna provided additional information about the area as well as quick responses to my questions. We enjoyed cooking in the large kitchen, grilling and eating on the deck and sitting by the fire pit at night and even though it was the 4th of July weekend it was very quiet for the majority of our stay. I would recommend this property to those who have some experience with staying in the country and can respect that in this setting we are the visitors to the animals' home.

In our recent home search, we found so many homes are a new build cookie cutter "modern cabin" style and while we were initially drawn to that aesthetic, upon visiting many of these homes lacked a soul. When we found this property, we knew it was a good fit because of how it felt when we drove up the drive and opened the big door to the great room, so welcoming and one of a kind. In addition to the amazing house with a soul, the property is just wow! Expansive and wild.

One of a kind home in a one of a kind setting. Perfect for families because so convenient to all the activities of nearby towns- only 7 mins to Ellenville and Mountaindale. And just 20 mins to great places like Sams Point hiking area, the Bashakill Winery in a nature preserve, Arrowhead farms and West Wind Orchard.
