Mainsail is located directly on the beach with 700 feet on the beach not very many properties can claim that. Our beach is the widest (770' of dedicated beach). Mainsail is a gated community and has 24 hour on-site security, two pools a family one and a kiddie pools for the little ones to enjoy, and a hot tub. For your BBQ days, there is a grilling area equipped with grills and picnic tables.

Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT - a $500.00 "HOLD" will be placed on your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival. The credit card "HOLD" will be released within 48 hours after your departure subject to the following conditions stated in our rental agreement.

We had a beautiful beach experience for the week

The beach decor was very charming furniture very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Love that umbrella and chairs are available on the beach
 Andree was wonderful to work with and always available to answer questions. We will definitely be back. It was our third time to rent from them.

We come to the beach every year!

Beautifully decorated condo and very clean. You can’t go wrong renting any condo from Andree’. She gets right back to you if you have any questions. She has everything you need in each condo. They are meticulous clean, and she always has a few little extra touches that makes you feel welcome and ready to relax and enjoy your vacation.

Wonderful condo with convenient beach access!

The Mainsail 276 condo was beautifully decorated and had a great view of the beach! The property's pool and hot tub were great too! This is the third condo I've stayed in within the Destin/Miramar area, and this by far has been the best one. Andree was extremely organized and quick to respond to any communications. I also have a unique perspective because I have a loved one who is disabled. The Mainsail property had a nearly flat path to the beach with no stairs! Combine that with the free chair and umbrella service offered during the summer, and we had the best outcome for navigating a beach stay with a disability. We hope to be back!

Friends Beach Wedding

Having operated two VRBO’s in different states, I must say Andree and Team were truly Extraordinary Hosts. The unit: Very clean and comfortable, and located at the beach- sugar sand! Andree: Answered on first ring and stayed online until we found the unit. (We weren’t informed about the location by the guard @ gate). Secret Shopper: We ordered food a few days ahead & the condo was beautifully stocked upon our arrival. Overall we had a lovely time and look forward to returning!!!!

Condo was very clean, neat, and up to date. From the balcony, we had a good view of the beach and could look down at the pool. Kitchen and bathrooms, are a little tight, but well equipped kitchen. Living room and bed rooms were very spacious. Checking in was very quick and painless. Had plenty of luggage carts when unloading and bringing in grocery's. Having the chairs and umbrella on the beach is also a plus.

Wonderful Beach Vacation

We love staying at Southern Hospitality Vacation Rentals. Andree has always provided a very neat and clean condo that is well stocked with everything you need. The location is excellent for walking, enjoying the beach, shopping, eating out, and picking up groceries. We appreciate the attention to detail and making us feel so welcome! Days relaxing on beach

The unit was updated and easy to feel at home in. Since we visit Destin every year, we don't feel the need to get out and sight see. Being able to sit back and relax on the beautiful beach is really important to us. Beds are comfortable and the few from the balcony is breathtaking. Sun sets are amazing. Definitely a place to stay, chill and enjoy.

What an amazing week!

Everything was amazing. Pictures do not do this condo justice, not to mention all the little extras from q-tips and make-up remover pads in the bathroom to spices already in the cabinet. You will not be sorry you booked this condo.

The One Place We Wish We Never Have to Leave!

As usual, Andree with Southern Hospitality Vacation Rentals made Mainsail 276 feel like our own beach house that we never wanted to leave. Every time we come back to any of her properties, the cleanliness is the first thing you notice! I’ve never been to a cleaner property! We also have so much comfort knowing that Andree will have all the necessities stocked making it feel like we are waking back into our own beach home. You also will feel constantly cared for as Andree checks in with you throughout your stay to make sure everything is perfect. We absolutely love the view from this condo, and my two younger boys love being able to enjoy all the property’s amenities from the beach, to the pools, tennis court, etc. Andree is our beach fairy Godmother making our sugar white sand and emerald water dreams come true every single time we visit! Thank you Andree for everything! Your hard work, love, personal touches, and hospitality are unmatched! We are counting down the days until we are back! 😊

We opened a management company called Southern Hospitality Vacation Rentals. We are managing condos at Mainsail and the Majestic Sun in Miramar Beach along with condos in the Blue Mountain Beach area on 30a. We have been most fortunate to "hand pick" these properties and I think you will be pleased with our new additions.

We are not a large faceless corporation, marketing group or large impersonal rental agency. These are our second homes that we would like to share with you! Being frequent occupants as well as owners, we strive to make all the little details of our condos as home like and inviting as possible. We pride ourselves on our personal service and we feel that one stay at our beautiful condos and you will be back!

The area has many restaurants, superb shopping from boutiques, antique stores to the largest outlet mall in the South located across the street. You can also catch your dinner with a fishing excursion, para sail, play a round of golf or just kick back and people watch.

Mainsail Resort is located directly on the beach -- and is a hidden GEM for those of you who have never visited. Once you stay here, you realize. This property has the widest private beach in the area. And most of all there are no roads to cross. The property is a gated community and is very family friendly.
And if you need a few things, you don't have to venture far at all. There is a grocery store, restaurants, a beach store all right outside the gates of the hidden gem.
