    A Charming Victorian Farmhouse that can fit up to 14 guests. Sit back and relax in this historical farmhouse. Enjoy coffee on the large front porch or a drink with friends in the eat-in kitchen or dining room. Easy driving to Richmond, Lake Geneva, Fontana or stay close and cook in the gourmet kitchen. You will find everything you need to settle in and stay for a few days.

    This charming home has three levels of space to accommodate larger groups up to 14. Please note, we price fairly for both groups large and small: we have an extra guest fee for numbers greater than 5. When booking, please enter the exact number of overnight guests and you will see an accurate price.

    Located in quaint downtown Hebron, you can walk to several antique stores and restaurants. A quick 15 minute drive will get you into downtown Lake Geneva.

    We are located only 3 minutes from Bluestem Farm & Events and 7 minutes from Providence Vineyard, 10 min from the Barn at Back Acres & The District.

    This is a charming old farmhouse! They've done a great job redoing and updating this house without taking away the nostalgia of bygone eras. It has the modern amenities we all expect in a home but done in a respectful way to honor the past. The antiques were beautiful. There were plenty of bathrooms and plenty of room for all of us.

    Beautiful home close to Lake Geneva

    The house is spacious and comfortable. It had all the amenities needed. The kitchen was well stocked. There are so many bedrooms and areas to hangout in. The location is close to Lake Geneva. Kelly was very accommodating and flexible. Would rent this property again!

    Fantastic Farmhouse

    We were a group of teachers celebrating our friendship together. The Farmhouse was a real treat. It was immaculate and was furnished with comfortable beds and furniture and the kitchen was well appointed. We also enjoyed spending our evenings on the covered porch. Our hostess was easy to contact and always responded to our questions.

    Loved it

    This is such a beautiful building. It is a wonderful combination of old (architecture, furniture, wall hangings) and new (kitchen, A/C). If you want a wonderful place close to but not in Lake Geneva, this is great. I great up on a farm and didn't mind the cattle close by; it brought back good memories. We spent 3 days here as a working team and accomplished so much in a calm and clean environment. I expect to be back next year.

    We had a great time staying at your beautiful house. It was great for each to have our own bedroom, there were 5 of us, and most had their own bathroom. It was well stocked and worked out perfectly

    Guys golf trip

    House was located 15 min away from Lake Geneva.We had golf weekend, and the house was ideal for what we needed.Very clean and they have done a good job making an older house function well

    The Farmhouse is a fantastic property with a ton of space for relaxation and working for families or groups. The home is truly vintage AND well-kept. Four bedrooms on the second floor, plus a full, large suite on the top floor. Even better is the responsiveness and helpfulness of Kelly. I don’t often give top marks. This is a very special property and host.

    Amazing country home

    I needed a larger place to host a murder mystery dinner and this was the perfect location. Beautiful house, everyone was wowed, and the kids love their own space up in the loft. I would recommend this to everyone!

    This house is such a cool old farm house. It reminded me a lot of my childhood home. It has tons of space and is very comfortable. Love all the labels and instructions for the home that made navigating the stay easy.

    Perfect Girls Getaway

    This Victorian Farmhouse was a gorgeous, quirky, and absolutely delightful place to stay for the day/night this fun loving group of nurses attended a wedding reception at Providence Vineyard nearby. We LOVED all the old timey little details from the art portraits and wallpaper to the antique wall phone and curiosity cabinet. The kitchen was stocked with all the basics we needed and every room was clean, generously sized and charming. It was perfect for us, and we would 10/10 recommend it. Chances are we’ll be back for a future girls getaway!!

    First Girls' Trip!

    This was the first time I had been on a girls' trip, and The Farmhouse worked very well! There weren't many of us, and for a first time traveling together that worked great so we could spread out, and yet there were great spaces in the house to do things together. We all commented on how much space there was for larger groups as well. Thanks!

    Great place for a large family or two

    The place was Beautiful! It fit our whole family well - had a very large and well functioning kitchen, plenty of comfortable places to sit, fun back stairwell for the old house style, very clean, kept up very well, several bathrooms, the washer and dryer worked well. All in all, a great place for us to stay - wish we could have stayed a bit longer, but would return again if we are ever in need in the area! Thanks.

    We had an extremely awesome vacations at here. This house is a lot better than you expected and pictures. This house is kind of an antique treasure house with enough space, rooms.     House was spacious, nicely appointed overall and comfortable. Did have problem opening door lock to get in on arrival, but finally got it to work. The stairs on side of house were a nuisance when carrying belongings, groceries, etc in and when leaving. Loved sitting in swing on front porch. Would recommend this property for large family gatherings.

    Amazing home, lovingly cared for and incredibly spacious and comfortable. Location was 15 min drive from the Riviera Docks at Lake Geneva. Perfect home for the entire family to stay and celebrate our wedding. Highly recommend!!

    Lovely and gracious

    We utilized this property for a day only rental for a team building/holiday event. The property was well maintained and provided for all needs including kitchen and laundry facilities. We did not need those amenities but we all commented that we could envision using the property for personal use with our families for various reasons.

    Perfect for Family Groups

    We had 9 adults and 4 children. The kitchen was big enough for us all to gather, but there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. It rained for a large portion of our stay, but we played games and had a great time.
