Casa Manzanillas Punta Mita is a beautiful beachfront villa in the exclusive community of Ranchos. Featuring 6,000 square meters of indoor and outdoor areas, this is the perfect place to enjoy a memorable family vacation.
The villa’s amenities include seven suites and nine bathrooms, a living room, indoor and outdoor dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, service areas, a terrace and a Jacuzzi, all of which are decorated in exquisite taste and command spectacular views of the Mexican Pacific.
Sliding doors separate the kitchen from the terrace so you your guests can sip on drinks under the pergola while a cook prepares your meal.
For the more actively inclined, tennis, golf, water sports, walks, hiking and bicycle excursions are just some of the activities you can try at Rancho Manzanillas. Or you can relax in our infinity pool as you take in the view of Islas Marietas. The property also has access to a private and beautiful sandy beach.

There is a 10% Service charge on top of rental price. All this service charge goes to the Premises staff. A gratuity for outstanding service is still recommended but not required.

Excellent for family gathering

Our stay could not have been better. Sandra was an excellent and very responsive host. We stayed here with 3 toddlers, 3 teens, and 7 adults.

Casa Manzanillas was beyond our expectations

Wow…….I can not say enough about our experience staying for 8 days at this incredible property. Sandra was so attentive and the fully staffed house were excellent. We ate all of our meals at the house because we just didn’t want to leave, the chefs were wonderful. We can’t wait to go back, it was, truly, next level. Btw, very very safe, there is security watching the beach and property.

Dream Multi Generational Vacation

Everything was perfection at Casa Manzanillas. The property is perfect for large groups of family/friends to stay and be together, yet have their own personal space. From the very beginning, the communication was easy with Sandra and her team. The food was delicious and very well prepared, we ate every single meal at the house and it was so worth it! The entire staff at the property were so attentive and kind. The beach is perfect and just steps away from the pool. We loved the fact that we did not have to go down large flights of stairs to get to the beach. The house had everything we needed and we can't wait to come back again!

Best place in Punta Mita!

This is our second year staying here. The service is impecable. The food is outstanding and the setting js peaceful and quiet. Extremely private. We will be back. We have been going to Punta Mita…stayed at the Presidential Suite at St Regis and Four Seasons. This is next level service and stay. Sandra is wonderful and the staff is second to none.

Great Vacation

We stayed at the house for a week as a family vacation. The house is amazing, located right on the white sand beach. When we booked the house, VRBO listing said free breakfast but we ended up paying for all three meals worth of groceries at the end. Not sure if it still says “free breakfast” on the listing but please be aware of this. Sandra, the hostess did a good job booking all of our activities. We did have an issue with one of the vans not working on the first day and that was not well communicated. The van got fixed the next day so the staff was able to take us everywhere we wanted to go. Thank you. The houseman, Isidro, is amazing. He is polite, hardworking, and loved our family babies. Thank you so much for your amazing service. Bartender, Mario made us great drinks and served us meals the entire week. And Anjelica, our house chef is an amazing cook. We loved her dinners every night. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
