Wonderful Family Vacation House!

We loved our stay and found the personal touches, recommendations and kindness of our hosts fantastic. Our children loved the house and it made for a wonderful location to relax in between exploring the region. We found it to be an ideal location with easy access to the local beaches, great food and fun activities. We already have our children asking to come back to the “sleeping house in Florida”.

Such a perfect home & area. Cathy is an amazing host.

We enjoyed our stay in a clean, comfortable home on Fire Island in Englewood, FL. The home was clean, area perfect to visit many different beaches for finding shells. We would definitely return to this home & area. The host Cathy had everything to make you feel like home and welcomed. Perfect place to rent with a family also.

Comfy and Spacious Home

Loved the house— so much room. Outdoor patio area was great for morning coffe. Loved the big yard for my dog. Neighborhood was very quiet and safe.

Outstanding!

We were in such a need of a pet friendly place to stay during hurricane Milton as during the hurricane, our home also had a sever electrical fire. It was simple to book online and Cathy was awesome at communicating the entire time. The home is very pleasant, and we felt very comfortable here during our stay. It is like "staying with family" Cathy is so nice. Highly recommend to others to consider staying here! Can't thank her enough for all of her help!

Relaxing

Cathy is a great host-always very available and helpful. We loved the big, private back yard and lovely brick patio. The street is quiet. The kitchen is well equipped. Stores are convenient and the beach is close. We enjoyed our vacation.

Home away from home with amazing character

Cathy was an amazing accommodating host. Her home has so much charm and feels very welcoming. We needed a place to stay as our build was being finished and it was perfect. Amazing yard with plenty of wildlife! The decore really adds to the charm. We stayed here for a month and a half . Even though we got to moving into our new build, we were kinda sad and actually going to miss this place.

Great place to stay!

Location is perfect, close to beaches, fishing and anything else you want to do!! The house was very clean. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable! The patio was wonderful, we spent alot of time out there enjoying morning coffee and evening cocktails! Our granddaughter loved the putting green! Lots of golf balls to put into the holes!! Great place to bring a dog too, fenced in backyard. Our dog love to chase the lizards! We liked it so much we'll be spending another month there next year!!!

The Perfect Stay

This is the first time we have stayed in a VRBO rental instead of a hotel. I cannot express how friendly and easy the homeowner and VRBO made this for us. The home lived up to everything listed. The location to the beach and stores was perfect. The owner made us feel like family and was there for us any time we had a question. This is the good old fashion quality and hospitality I grew up knowing! You cannot find that kind treatment anymore with many places you shop or stay at. All I can say is if you are considering this place, it will not disappoint.

The house was clean and well maintained. The beds were oh so comfortable to sleep in. The neighborhood was nice, quiet and close to the beach. Our boys enjoyed playing on the golf course and going to the beach to collect shells and shark teeth. We will be coming back!!

Long Weekend Getaway

My family of 5 (two 8 year olds and one 6 year old) came down to visit family. The house was perfect for us. Plenty of room. The house was clean and well maintained. The backyard is great for kids and adults with plenty bof yard space, putting green, and and patio with fire pit. We were only 15 minutes away from Manasota Key Beach.

Cute house

The kids loved the mini-golf. The house is really cute. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was that it was not quite as clean as I would have like (but I am very fussy). Cathy was very responsive when we had a problem. And she left cookies, which was very sweet!

Great house, nice neighborhood, close to everything we wanted

We are so glad we chose this VRBO. The house is very nice, clean, has everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. It is quite spacious for a family of four or more. Cathy, the host, left treats in the fridge for us, which was a super special touch. The neighborhood is quiet and very nice. It was close to several great beaches and within range of the Peace River and Naples where we had planned the go. If you will be in the area and don't want to pay beachfront prices, this place can't be beat.

The property owner (Cathy) was a kind and understanding individual. She walked me through the whole process and answered all my questions. I wouldn't hesitate to use this property again. I give Cathy and property a 10+!

Fun in the sun

The location was close to all beaches. Very quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and spacious. The back patio was a great place to relax and enjoy meals. The house was equipped with everything you need for an easy, wonderful stay. The beds were comfortable, there were beach chairs & towels and a washer/dryer. The kitchen was well equipped too. Cathy and Jessica were great hosts. They responded quickly and were very helpful. We loved our stay!
