Japanese guesthouse w/pool and hot tub

Okaeri! Welcome to our private and peaceful Japanese themed B&B. The private pool-side entry allows natural light to flow into the room at all times of the day. Enjoy a glimpse into traditional village life through 7ft ornate wooden murals or view Eastern love through antique paintings. Relax while watching your favorite shows on the 60” HDTV - maybe after soaking in the sun by the pool. We look forward to having you at this cozy get away!

*Additional cleaning/disinfecting procedures are in effect due to COVID-19. Common surfaces - door knobs, light switches, remotes - will be disinfected. Linens will be washed with bleach or Lysol laundry sanitizer.*

Located in the center of Greenway/Upper Kirby, you'll be central to: The Galleria, Greenway Plaza (walking distance), Downtown, Montrose, Memorial Park, Rice University, the Medical Center and only three minutes from River Oaks shopping. Has easy access to Highway 59.

*The pool and hot tub are shared amenities, but you have exclusive access to them past 9pm. Pool noise must be kept low past 9PM. If you want reserved pool/hot tub hours between 9am to 9pm, let me know ahead of time*

This space consists of one very large bedroom (see wood paneled room in pictures) with a queen bed, an over-sized couch, drawer set, and a 60 inch TV. There's a separate room for a bathroom, and another room with the kitchenette. Please note that the kitchenette is not suitable for cooking meals as it does not have an oven or stove top. The room includes a mini-fridge (no full-sized fridge provided).

**Parking is limited - only includes one guaranteed parking spot**

Turning on the hot tub requires adjusting the pool valves and thus we would prefer to help you turn it on. If you would like to use the hot tub please let us know and we'll show you how to use it.
