The property was perfect for the celebration of my wife’s 60th birthday with our 3 kids and 2 grandchildren. Any issues we had were quickly resolved and communication with the owner was efficient. We had plenty of space and loved the easy beach access. We would definitely stay again!!

Beautiful townhouse which was perfect for a family of 9 with 6 adults and 3 children. Our host, Xavier was excellent to work with and made our stay most enjoyable. Already planning a return trip as this was our first visit to Mexico Beach!

We had a great experience. The condo was spacious and clean. We had an issue with the air conditioning the first night but the host responded quickly and followed up the next morning to make sure the air was working properly. The location was convenient with a short walk to the beach and fresh seafood market across the street. Overall a great experience.

The 3 levels in this townhouse made it perfect for our family of 6 adults & 2 small children. The host replied immediately to the few questions we had. Check in is so easy, using a code that they send. The beach is a short walk from the house & it’s nice to not have to cross over Hwy. 98.We will definitely stay here again!!

We had a wonderful time with our family. Overall experience was delightful. The beach was beautiful. Incredible sunsets. Pool was very clean and easily accessible. Dinning in and out was convenient. We made cherished memories to last a lifetime!

Beautiful house, great location

Nicely furnished home; very comfortable, great outdoor spaces on each floor, and in a wonderful location...close to coffee shop, marina, food trucks and a brewery. Loved the laid back, non-touristy vibe of Mexico Beach.

Excellent place!

We really enjoyed our stay! Very clean, easy access to the beach and also close the the boat ramp. At the time of booking the listing stated it had a pack n play and high chair, it does not have either item. Traveling with an eight month old those details were very important. We made do and really enjoyed our stay.

Great time had by ALL!

Our family (3 families with small littles) thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have already discussed repeat bookings! Property management was spectacular with instant and helpful replies to any questions prior to and during our trip. The property was clean, tidy, and beautifully decorated to create a perfect spot for summer vacations! We loved coffee on the porches and the pool area was perfect (we had a large group with rentals throughout the complex; the kids had a blast being able to hang with cousins/friends in one area. Also, the complex was fenced in and the pool had a separate fence around it; many a mom in our party loved that safety feature!) Beach access was very easy and there was plenty of Beach for all!

The property itself was beautiful. Great decor. However the countertops were not cleaned and the floor was not swept. It wasn’t just a little sand there was dried up food on the floor and crumbs. Other than those items it was not bad.

Lovely time

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here! We love Mexico Beach and have stayed at this complex over ten years ago. (not this unit but the one next door) We were very pleased with how well maintained and improved it was after all these years and the hurricane. The pool area was well kept too. We love the short walk to the beach and the fact you do not have to cross the road. We love the convenience to Shell Shack, Marina, Mango Marley's etc. Host was quick to respond when we had a question. Very pleased. Only recommendation would be some extra blankets if possible, but otherwise great!

Great location and amenities. The dishwasher does not clean the dishes and they had been put away dirty. So we had to wash all dishes before we used them. The srywr works but makes a horrible sound.

Beautiful Mexico Beach House

Let me just say this house is so much better than the property description initially made it out to be. I was bigger, had an extra half bath, and more porch space than listed! Really beautiful and clean and accessing the beach was super easy. The light in the half bath on the main floor didn't always work and communication with the owner wasn't the best. There were days in between responses to my questions and the property was unable to accommodate an early check in. Check out is at 10 but the house cleaner or property manager was outside sitting in their car waiting for us to leave from 9:00 until we pulled off. All in all this place was great! Very spacious and we had everything we needed. Thanks for a great vacation.
