This home is privately owned and maintained. We only rent to families or professional adults. You must be over the age of 25 to book this property. We do NOT rent to groups under the age of 25 or chaperoned groups under any circumstances. No house parties or family reunions, occupancy limits are strictly enforced.

We offer weekly or nightly rentals with a three to seven night minimum.

Meredith is a great Host. Very responsive and helpful in any way needed. The house is beautiful inside and out. The kitchen is well stocked with many updates. New outside furniture that is wonderful to sit on or take a long nap. The family enjoyed our stay so very much and we will be back very soon.

Fantastic Property

We absolutely loved this beautiful home! Great location with short walk to beach, the home is laid out perfectly and the outside decks and pool areas are fantastic! Kitchen is fully stocked with quality pots and pans, dishes and utensils - everything we needed to make delicious meals. We felt right at home the moment we walked in.

Great outdoor area

Beautiful house and furnishings. Plenty of room inside but the outside pool area was the favorite hangout for our family. Would highly recommend this property.

Exactly as described, neat and clean and close to the beach.

The house is gorgeous, clean and brand new. Everything you need is right there and within a 5 minute walk to the beach. Highly recommend this property and the host is also very responsive and helpful.

Great place to stay

Meredith & Jeff are the best host any problems they handle it ASAP. House was clean, kitchen was supplied with everything u need. Heated pool is a must if ur going late September. This is our second stay and we plan on making it our yearly tradition. You will not be sorry u booked this.

Vacation 2022

The property was as described. Very clean and beautiful. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Outside area provided a great place for family time and enjoying the sunshine. Short walk to the beach and local grocery store. The family had a great time. Hopefully we will be back again soon.

Model Home

My wife and I brought our family here for vacation on 08/27-09/03. The property we stayed in was absolutely beautiful and just as described in its rental listing. Location was perfect to the beach being about a 3-5 minute walk. The house was like new condition and beautifully furnished with everything you would need for your stay. We would definitely stay in this house again for future visits to the beach. Lastly, the owner was very prompt in answering any questions you may have and was a pleasure to deal with. The Murphys

Perfect Place

Great location. Short walk to the beach, close to stores and quiet area. No parties in the neighborhood! The house was beautiful. Very clean, beds very comfortable. Furnishings of high quality. Very spacious. Our daughter and her family joined us with their young kids for some of the time. Layout was great for that. Everyone had their privacy. Plenty of outside seating areas. We enjoyed coffee at sunrise on the front porch, afternoon on the back porch or in the pool area. The host provided beach chairs and a cart for the beach. Very thoughtful and practical. We would rent this house again.

Heaven on earth!! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our extended weekend stay here! When we arrived, the place was immaculately clean. The owner was super easy to communicate with as well! Clear, concise check in. We rented a golf cart to and from the beach, but the house is easily within walking distance which we chose to do a few times as well. We cannot wait to be back!!

Great property. Matched the description. Ver livable spaces. Nice to have everyone on one floor. Good location with easy access to the beach. Pool was nice, and it was worth the extra expense to have the pool heated. Grill was a plus. Outdoor seating and areas were great! Be sure to bring toiletries and kitchen staples.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house is absolutely beautiful!! So clean and welcoming! The host, Meredith, could not have been nicer or more helpful and accommodating. You can tell that they take great pride in and care for this residence. The pool is fantastic and the surrounding pool area is really outstanding. Magnificent!

Our family chose this place for the pool - we have a 3 yr old and 1 year old grandkids - but it was absolutely perfect in every way! The house was spotless when we arrived, both inside and outside. The proximity to the beach access was awesome but we spent just as much time, in the downstairs seating area and at the pool. The rooms are huge and well organized, the kitchen is fantastic for a family that enjoys cooking on vacation and was well stocked, and the open living room and kitchen was a gathering place for our big family. We plan on staying here from now on!

Wonderful time! What a quaint little neighborhood! Perfect location. Close walk to the beach. Grocery store is a few blocks away. The pool was so nice. We did pay to have it heated and the made such a difference! (We were there early June so temps were still chilly at night.) Felt like a hotel. Everything was new and clean, very modern beach house. The beach chairs were provided which was a great blessing. We loved it!

April Cherry Grove Stay

Lovely home that accommodated us and our dog well.Now that we have done it several times, I much prefer a single family dwelling over a hotel or condo. Just so nice to have your own place to stay and your own parking...it just works so much better.Everything was perfect for our stay.

The owners are incredibly nice, accommodating and very responsive to the several questions we had. House is large, clean and loaded with comforts. the poolside lounge area, grill and pool itself were an added bonus. Two minute walk to the beach and we would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Grinch Christmas 2024

The family had a wonderful time. The house is clean with plenty of room for everyone. Great beds and a well stocked kitchen. Beautifully decorated. Close enough to walk to the beach or the local grocery store. Yet, in a quiet neighborhood. The Host is very responsive to all questions and works to help make your stay a lasting memory.
