Quiet and comfy

This house was very convenient and close to family we were visiting on green mountain. It was super quiet. We never heard any neighbors. The beds were very comfy, and I'm really picky. I'm an early riser, and didn't wake anyone else up. They never heard me. It had everything we needed. We'd definitely stay here again.

Wonderful

It was perfect for our family of 4, with a newly 2 year old and 5 year old. Quiet neighborhood, and close to a lot of restaurants & shopping. House was clean with plenty of towels and kitchen items. Relaxing fenced in backyard was a plus.

Great Stay

This property was as advertised- quiet neighborhood- safe. The place was clean and neat. The bathrooms had been redone, and shower curtain liner appeared new and fresh. I would stay again. The only negative was that the bath towels, while clean, had bleach stains on them. I would recommend replacement.

Greate house in Huntsville - 2nd time

This was our second time renting this house. We have family in Huntsville and it's great to see them - AND - have our own place since there are so many people. This house is always perfect for that and we appreciate the owner renting to us each year.

very satisfied

We chose this VRBO because it had 3 bedrooms, a full kitchen, and was close to our in-laws with whom we spent Christmas. The house is well-furnished, the kitchen is very functional, the neighborhood was beautiful, and we felt safe. We walked to our in-laws several times. A grocery store within two blocks- Publix- served us well. It was easy to get there from the airport, and there were plenty of sights and places to eat. William was a great host.

Excellent Stay

This was an excellent home to stay at while in Huntsville. The inside was very spacious and well-appointed, which allowed my family to relax in comfort. The backyard contained a nice sitting area as well. Communication with the owner was very good and he was extremely helpful. We will certainly be renting this property again whenever we are in the Huntsville area visiting our son in college.

Great place to stay with minor hiccups

Location and house were great. This was very well suited to our needs. House was clean and well furnished with multiple HDTVs. We had a hiccup with house air fresheners when we first arrived. My partner is sensitive to the certain smells in the environment and I appreciated the hosts son allowing me to check out the house before our stay. There was a mix up when we arrived and the plug-in scented air fresheners were still plugged in but we were able to store them in a drawer next to the refrigerator in the kitchen and open some windows to air the place out. I loved the birds singing in the trees out front every morning. The host keeps the garage locked so I did have a few bird droppings on my vehicle as a result. This is very minor. The water pressure at the sinks in the bathrooms seemed a little low and takes a while to warm up but if you turn on the hot water in the tub you can speed it up. I’m being nit picky to even bring this up but it might be something to look at improving. Heat and AC worked great along with the washer and dryer. Overall I enjoyed the house and had minor complaints.

Cozy, Comfortable, and Close

A beautiful location with a home cozy and comfortable enough to keep my family happy! The location was great - close to several restaurants and grocery stores. It also had some lovely views around. The property itself was great - clean, and large enough for the five of us to spread out when needed. Our only complaint the entire time was the water pressure, and even then it was quick remedied with the use of the shower head being adjustable!

The perfect getaway

We came in town for Rocket City marathon weekend. It was the perfect place to stay with our 2 kids. Enough room to run around, a quaint neighborhood with some adorable Christmas lights (our toddler's favorite part), and conveniently located to everything you need within 15 minutes. Will gladly stay again if we come back to Huntsville.

A gem in a quiet neighborhood

My daughter and family stayed here for Thanksgiving week. This is the second time we have used this home. It is very clean, conveniently located and has an easy access and timely correspondence with the owner. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Spacious family home in quiet neighborhood

This property EXCEEDED all our expectations. It was large, clean and very comfortable. The host was very responsive and knowledgeable. The property was in a safe, walkable neighborhood, with a grocery store only a short walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
