I got scammed on this property. Vrbo took my money for a host who stated this property was removed from this site for over a year. I found this out after I was already in town. My reservation was canceled only hours before check in. Shortly after my stay was canceled the this host was allowed to rent this home again for more money. My family was left stranded in Atlanta with no place to stay. Due to allow the festivities happening in Atlanta everything was pretty much sold out. Vrbo only paid for the us a hotel for the first night and the rest of the nights we were left to figure it out. Refund would be available 7 to 10 business days. How is that helping us? We drove all the way from Chicago thinking my family had a place to stay only to find out when we get to Atlanta that we don't. Even though their site states book with confidence guarantee. It was not guaranteed. They told me I didn't qualify for that guarantee. What a joke. Vrbo offered minimum help. My family was in town for 4 days for a funeral. Instead of my family being able to grieve our love one we were face with other challenges like going from hotel to hotel and getting ready for the furneral in a store bathroom. This was a terrible and expensive experience for my family.

Nice place but lacks basic supplies

I will start by saying the place is great for smaller groups. It is clean, the living spaces are nice, and it is a good find. However, my group really struggled with the lack of supplies for larger groups. It says "fully stocked kitchen" but there weren't enough dishes or cups for all 6 of us and we had to get creative. My biggest headache came when trying to get extra supplies. There were no extra towels or blankets, one bathroom didn't have a floor mat. When I reached out to the owner to resolve this, he offered no solutions. We stayed there for four nights, which is plenty of time to resolve our complaints. But there was almost zero communication. The listing states that it sleeps 10. There are three real bedrooms, so I struggled to find the "seven beds" listed here. There are two kings and three kings here. There *is* a pull out couch on the fourth floor, which my group of six were planning to use. The mattress is about three inches thick, covered in plastic, and there were no linens available for use. My friend slept on top of the couch for the three nights she was there because the owner did not provide any bed sheets, extra blankets or pillows, or a blanket. I think this is a gross mistake on the owner's part. No effort to resolve it when we alerted him about it during our stay. I'm not sure what the definition of fully stocked kitchen is. There was no coffee available, though there were filters. And if you plan on cooking, you're responsible for bringing things like cooking oil. I've stayed in much lower budget rentals and had those things accessible during my stay. Overall, it was a good place to rest my head but I'm just so incredibly disappointed that my issues weren't resolved during my stay and we struggled to find the most basic of materials during the stay.

Good potential

Comfortable bed, clean modern bathroom (except floors and walls), although no towel racks, hooks, or toilet paper holders. Floors and walls were dirty throughout.

Beautiful Place

This home was as beautiful as displayed! Clean, organized, super comfy beds, toothbrushes, shampoo, condition and body wash. Not to mention a garage for privacy! The location was perfect to everything in Atlanta, nothing was more than 15-20mins. Also, there were a lot of stores and restaurants around that was within a block! I was very grateful to the host because our flight were later in the evening, they gave us the courtesy to check out a bit later which was such a blessing! Definitely book this Vrbo! You will be very satisfied. I will book again for my next trip to Atlanta.
