Nice place but lacks basic supplies
I will start by saying the place is great for smaller groups. It is clean, the living spaces are nice, and it is a good find.
However, my group really struggled with the lack of supplies for larger groups. It says "fully stocked kitchen" but there weren't enough dishes or cups for all 6 of us and we had to get creative. My biggest headache came when trying to get extra supplies. There were no extra towels or blankets, one bathroom didn't have a floor mat. When I reached out to the owner to resolve this, he offered no solutions. We stayed there for four nights, which is plenty of time to resolve our complaints. But there was almost zero communication.
The listing states that it sleeps 10. There are three real bedrooms, so I struggled to find the "seven beds" listed here. There are two kings and three kings here. There *is* a pull out couch on the fourth floor, which my group of six were planning to use. The mattress is about three inches thick, covered in plastic, and there were no linens available for use. My friend slept on top of the couch for the three nights she was there because the owner did not provide any bed sheets, extra blankets or pillows, or a blanket. I think this is a gross mistake on the owner's part. No effort to resolve it when we alerted him about it during our stay.
I'm not sure what the definition of fully stocked kitchen is. There was no coffee available, though there were filters. And if you plan on cooking, you're responsible for bringing things like cooking oil. I've stayed in much lower budget rentals and had those things accessible during my stay.
Overall, it was a good place to rest my head but I'm just so incredibly disappointed that my issues weren't resolved during my stay and we struggled to find the most basic of materials during the stay.
