Great Pace - Comfortable Accommodations

Its not always easy sending a crew out of town for work. They grumble and complain. Having a nice place to go to at the end of the day is a huge help. This property provided all the comforts of home.

Pleasant Thanksgiving

The house was a good location, less than 10 min away from Garden of the Gods and Manitou springs. David was very responsive if we ever had any issues!

Disappointed

There was no a/c, they only had air in windows for upstairs only. Downstairs there was only a small fan in one of the rooms, which basically was doing nothing. In the other room and living room there was absolutely not air. I had to run to the store to buy 2 big fans because it was really hot. The host did not refunded me the money I wasted on those fans even though he said he would since he told me to leave those fans in there and I left him the receipt.

Perfect Stay

Our family had a great experience at this property. Everything was perfect, and we have absolutely nothing but good things to say about the house and the owner. The house is in great condition and in a very convenient location for most of the things you want to do in the Colorado Springs area, and check-in/checkout was smooth.

Highly recommend!

I loved all the little decor details. Such a cute house. Will definitely stay here again. No central A/C but they do put in three window units upstairs which work fantastic (living room and each bedroom).

Very nice inside

Appeared to have been recently remodeled or very well kept. Very comfortable. World recommend bringing your own snow shovel since there apparently a shortage of them in Colorado.

Wonderful House

We loved this spot! It was centrally located to everything we wanted to do. Close to cute cafes and sights and parking for our two cards. The house itself was lovely. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. We had 7 people and room for everyone. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. We had two bigs couches and two smart tvs for different viewing options. The house had a full washer/dryer, tho we didn't use them. We had window a/c units that kept everyone comfortable. Our contact was quick to reply and very nice. Would love to stay here again.

Unfortunate event

We were there for an overnight visit. Water backed up into the downstairs bathroom and rendered both bathrooms unusable. The host uses a third party to communicate. He was not helpful. We left.

Good location, missing some important things

This house was in a convenient location and spacious for my family of seven, but there were a few drawbacks: one of the twin beds was located in the laundry room; most of the smoke and carbon monoxide detectors were missing or disabled; kitchen was missing important items such as serving bowls and utensils, dish detergent, and a decent cutting board. Also, the VRBO license posted is expired.

Great Stay!

Wonderful experience all around. The home was inviting and meticulously clean, obviously well cared for, and so spacious! I was more than impressed and I consider myself pretty picky. Definitely would stay here again!!

Great Place

This house was nice and spacious for our traveling family! The kids loved the basement and now want one…but we live in AZ where they are rare :) The house was super clean and easy to access. If we return to CO Springs we would love to stay again!

Clean and quiet

Easy to find. Host was quick in response. Perfect for 2 adults and 4 kids. 18-16-10-9. Playing cards were bent a little so the kids cheated but that’s the only thing we found. Thanks for a great shop!

Family weekend

Updated finishes and decor. Convenient location. Beautiful two level home with comfortable furnishings. We had a wonderful time. The host is very communicative and easy to get a hold of. We had plenty of linen and the kitchen was well equipped.
