▸ Enjoy this comfortable condo located in the Maravilla condominiums on the west end of the seawall in the seaside town of Galveston Island, TX.
▸ Relax on the leather couch which also can be converted to a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. The living room also has a wall-mounted tv for your enjoyment on your days in.
▸Cook your catch of the day in our kitchen with full size stainless appliances. We provide cooking supplies dishes, glasses, & utensils.
▸Going out? This location is so close the many wonderful restaurants Galveston has to offer.
▸A private bedroom offers a comfortable king size mattress for a refreshing night's sleep and twin bunks are located in the hallway for guests of all ages.
▸This shower is WOW! Newly installed tile shower with granite vanity puts in the lap of luxury. The unit has several USB ports for easy charging of your technology.
▸ The condo is across the street from the beach and just 5 minutes to Moody Gardens & Schlitterbahn Water Park. Pleasure Pier and all other Galveston attractions about 10 minutes drive.

1. Construction Notice:
***As you enter the complex, you might notice a small construction project at the very
front. You might hear some noise during the day from 8 to 5. All construction and noise from construction stops at 5:00pm.
***POOLS: The large main pool, hot tub and beach entry pool are OPEN and have been renovated. The east heated pool is being renovated and a 12 man hot tub and splash pad added beginning mid-August and should be completed by mid-December 2025! We are excited to have all of this ready for guests this winter! This renovation project is no where near this condo.
2. Pet Policy:
We welcome furry friends! If you're planning to bring your dog, please inform us about the type and weight for approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 plus tax applies for two dogs up to 35 pounds each. Kindly add 'PET' to your reservation. NOTE: If you bring a pet that you have NOT paid for, this is in violation of our House Rules and you could be asked to leave with no refund.
3. Parking Information:
Ample covered and uncovered parking is available at the complex. A fee of $10.00 per car per day plus sales tax is applicable. Note that the office does not accept cash. Trailers are allowed only during special event weekends and are subject to the same rate as cars. Parking rates are capped after $70.00 for a 30-day period.
4. EXTENDED STAYS Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers

We love the palm trees all around, the 3 beautiful pools and hot tub, the beach across the street and it's proximity to everything fun to do and places to eat in Galveston.

The Maravilla has one of the largest pools on Galveston Island! There are 3 pools, one heated a hot tub and exercise room with ocean view! We are very dog friendly with a dog park and shower.
