Loft Haus: A Modern Retreat Near Snow College

LOFT HAUS is a newly constructed, beautiful retreat located in historic downtown Ephraim and the heart of Sanpete Valley. One block from Snow College and Main Street shopping, central to renowned recreation on Skyline Drive, climbing in Maple Canyon, and Spring City arts colony. This is a custom designed townhome with thoughtful details in the tradition of small spaces and modern Scandinavian design – you have everything you need to work remotely, relax, and explore the region!

SLEEPING
Enjoy the east views of the central Wasatch mountains from the second level bedroom accessible by the spiral staircase. For an extra sleeper, the main level living area has a pull-out sofa bed with a memory foam mattress (slightly smaller than a queen, but larger than a full size).

REMOTE WORKING
Friendly to remote workers, the dedicated desk and working space is filled with light, a comfortable rolling office chair, and usb ports for plugging in all your tech.

WIFI
Free high speed wifi for those who need to video conference, stream movies, or just surf the web.

KITCHEN & LAUNDRY
The kitchen has everything you need to feel at home. Cook your own meals in a full kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. For your convenience, there is a washer/dryer in the house and a step stool to reach taller cabinets.

ENTERTAINMENT
There are two Roku smart TVs with all the popular streaming apps are available and you are welcome to log in using your personal accounts.

ECO FRIENDLY
We use eco-friendly products when possible, including unscented cleaning supplies, laundry detergents, and hair & body products.

NEIGHBORHOOD VIBE
You are steps away from restaurants, art galleries, local historic sites and walking tours. There is a neighborhood coffee shop at the end of the block, Snow College and the Ephraim public Carnegie libraries, and shopping on Main Street. The nearby Eccles Performing Arts Center offers a regular schedule of plays and musical performances during the fall and spring seasons. And for stargazers, the local planetarium is a short walk from the house. Ephraim is a small rural town, but as a college town located at the foot of the central Wasatch mountains, there are many opportunities to explore!

ACCESS & PARKING
Guests have full access to the home with self check-in via keyless entry. There is one dedicated parking spot in the front driveway with additional on-street parking.

HOUSE RULES
Must be 21+ to book property. PARTIES / EVENTS No parties, events, or large gatherings that exceed the number of guests on the reservation. Parties will result in immediate removal from the property without refund. OCCUPANCY Maximum of 4 guests. All guests must be registered, no third party bookings. SMOKING / VAPING / FLAMES No smoking, vaping, burning of incense, or open flames of any kind on the property. Evidence of these activities or tampering with smoke detectors will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250 and removal from the property without refund. QUIET / COMMUNITY Quiet hours are from 9pm – 8am, this is a residential community please be considerate of the neighbors, no loud music at any time. PETS Pets are not permitted in consideration of guest allergies. Service animals must be housebroken, in the control of handler at all times, and not left alone in the unit. Please pick up any waste. SECURITY Your safety matters. There is an exterior camera located at the front entrance facing out, it does not look into any interior spaces. ILLEGAL ACTIVITY Illegal activity will result in immediate removal from the property without refund.
