Directly on the river with seasonal dock. 1/2 acre grassed backyard with a firepit, 2 private decks with lots of seating and a 180-degree view. 3 large common, fully stocked and equipped kitchen. 3 bedrooms with 3 king size beds. 2 Full bathrooms and a full laundry facility with detergents provided. Outdoor patio area with seating for up to 12 and 2 private river view decks with seating for up to 12. There is a fire pit but we do not provide wood, this can be purchased from local grocery stores. 20 steps to the front door and 50 steps to the river dock. Great location, view, and neighborhood

The property was immaculate, the amenities were fantastic, the view was great and there was plenty of on-street parking. The neighborhood was very nice and it was a short trip to downtown for the ball game. I would stay here again.

Perfection

Everything you cluld ever need was supplied. Home was very clean and beds were awsome. Lindsay is very nice and helpful. Hope to stay there again in the near future!

Beautiful view; Quiet neighborhood; Convenient location

The property is conveniently located in a very quiet neighborhood. There is a beautiful view in the backyard. The host was very quick to respond to any issues or questions we had and provided many things for us to use during our stay.

Great holiday!

Excellent property for a family holiday get together. Great kitchen for food preparation, fun game room for entertainment, plenty of TVs to watch the games. Highly recommend.

50th bday with family

We had a fabulous time in the house, the river decks provided great views as did the patio, the game room was great for the kids, and the house had everything we needed. The location Cara’s perfect, we enjoyed the park down the street and proximity to the zoo. Highly recommend!

Great house for a family!

A nice clean house in a nice quite neighborhood. We had plenty of room to spread out, and the kids enjoyed the game room. Close to the zoo. Would recommend to others!

The perfect space!

The perfect spot for family coming into town for a get together! The property provided space for all of us to be together, but also allowed us to spread out. The extra bedding & extra box fans were a nice touch for the few members that had to sleep on the couches. Would totally recommend.

Great for families

The property was a perfect fit for our family of 4. We all had plenty of room to relax: sit on the back porch, watch one of the many tvs, play games in the basement. The kitchen is well equipped with tableware, cookware, a blender, oven, microwave, coffee/tea bar. You just need to bring your own groceries and seasonings (salt and pepper). The sleepnumber beds are comfy and the bathroom had plenty of new towels. We would definitely stay here again!

Exactly what we hoped for

Great location, clean and very spacious. Had all the supplies needed and a great game room (and top of the line W/D) on the lower level. Lyndsay was very responsive (although we had no issues). Great patio off the back overlooking the river - perfect for coffee and wildlife watching in the am, happy hour and grilling at night! Tip: if you’re a walker - you can walk to the excellent zoo - can even even use it for free for a morning walk before it opens (with registration). Toledo has some great spots and downtown Maumee also worth a visit. If you can bring a boat, trips up the Maumee River are a blast. All in all, it was exactly as we hoped!

Great place for family.

Very nice property. We had a family thanksgiving get together with members from three states coming to Toledo where one of our family members lives. Perfect property with plenty of space for all of us. Very nicely kept and arranged with everything needed. Love the Nespresso machine. Great home away from home.

Good location

I used Lyndsay's place as a place to stay in the days leading up to my daughter's wedding. Lyndsay graciously allowed me to host the day of getting ready for the bridesmaids. The house is very clean and has a good open floor plan. I will definitely look at this property again if the need arises

Beautiful view and a perfect house

Beautiful late 50s ranch on quiet channel of the Maumee River. Great location with a great view of an uninhabited island. King-size Sleep Number beds in every bedroom. Luxury hotel linens. Very well equipped kitchen. We've stayed at many VRBO homes and this is the cleanest, best-kept home we have ever experienced.

Great house

House was very clean and perfect use of the space. Each bedroom had its own sleep number bed which was extremely comfortable! Every couch folds out to a comfortable bed, plenty of room for everyone to sleep. The house is right on the river and I was able to tie my boat off to the wall, made things very convenient for getting on the water quick, however there is a boat ramp 3 min down the road that is easy to get to. I ended up leaving my truck and trailer there for a night. Only downside is the parking, we had 4 trucks (one with a trailer) and a car and we were only able to get 3 trucks in the driveway. There is dead end road right across the street we ended up parking our other vehicles and had no issues. Overall super nice house and has everything you need!
