It's the beautiful Gulf that give this home its name, Playa Paradise Retreat. But it's the freedom of being in constant serenity that gives it its spirit. A beach wagon, cooler, umbrellas, several beach chairs, and two paddle boards are all included.

Playa Paradise Retreat is a perfectly designed home, that can comfortably accommodate 12 guests, located in the historic Gulf Shores. From the four Immaculate primary suites with its private en-suite bathrooms to sturdy bunks, and a bonus reading space, there is simply nothing more you can dream of in this home. However, this perfect oasis to escape the stress of your everyday life wouldn’t be complete without a full-size chef’s kitchen, finished with all the appliances and fixtures. There's no meal that can’t be prepared here to enjoy on the shaded deck. Playa Paradise Retreat is located in a small five home community, perfectly situated in the heart Gulf Shores.

Playa Paradise Retreat is our fantastic vacation home in Gulf Shores, AL, conveniently situated to both the Beach and the Lagoon. Recently built - new and clean - this home is within walking distance to the beach, trendy eateries, an ice cream shop and a general store to name a few.

Our beach house is managed by me - Kristi. We do not outsource our guest experience. We keep everything in great shape and clean with our quarterly vacations to Playa Paradise. We love it here! Come and see why!

This brand new 2000SF home boasts a large living area and four bedrooms, professionally designed and decorated for vacations.

Parking is located under the home for easy access. Four spots are available, free of charge.

There is only one flight of stairs to the main level. Main level contains the living and kitchen areas, along with a king primary bedroom and en-suite full bathroom. This main level space is super convenient for the entire group to relax in the family room or on the balconies.

Upstairs are two king primary bedrooms, each with a full en-suite bath. One king bedroom contains a set of twin bunk beds. The third bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds, with its private bathroom as well. The full sized clothes washer and dryer are on this level.

Three balconies offer plenty of space to relax with your favorite beverage!

We offer paddleboards, beach chairs, rolling cooler, beach toys, and an outside shower for easy clean-up. We love this beach home, and you will too!

The heated pool is right across the cobblestone driveway. The benefit of a small community is that only four other houses share this pool.

The very popular Beach House Kitchen and Cocktails, ice cream shop, general store and liquor store are located within walking distance. Tip: eat on the patio at The Beach House! We love their patio!

Since the house is on stilts, there are 18 steps to get to the main level.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises. No vaping. No marijuana. No glitter, hair dye or tape. Fines will be assessed.
If you vape, please do not book this home.

Pets are not allowed on the premises. This is our family home and our son is extremely allergic. Please no pets of any kind.

Please be aware of weather conditions during your stay. We are not responsible for power outages, internet outages or maintaining the conditions of the roads, decks and driveways in the event of rain, hurricanes, storms, etc.

A/C must be set to Auto to prevent it from freezing up. Max cooling temp is set to 68 degrees.

We offer a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towel roll, shampoo, conditioner, and bar soap. We unfortunately cannot offer beach towels or food stuff basics, so please make sure you have those.

Trash service runs on Mondays and Thursdays. The trash service will bring the cans to the curb and back.

The grill must remain on the ground level due to fire safety regulations. Please do not move it to the balcony. Please do not move or relocate indoor or outdoor furniture.

Please be aware of the flag warning system for the beach conditions.
Double Red: Water closed
Single Red: High hazard, high surf and strong currents
Yellow: Medium hazard, moderate surf and or currents
Green: Low Hazard, clam conditions, exercise caution
Purple: Dangerous marine life

We cannot offer refunds for inclement weather, power outages, internet outages, illnesses, extenuating circumstances, hurricanes, or other acts of nature.

Guest must be at least 25 years old to book.
Guest must have a rating of 4.6 stars or higher (from previous stays) to book this home.
$120 cancellation fee will be assessed on all guest initiated cancellations.
Guests must sign the rental agreement and liability release via email within 24 hours of booking.
A security hold of $500 will be authorized prior to check in.
Trip insurance is highly recommended.
