Enjoy this cozy retreat tucked into a lovely 3-acre wooded setting. This place offers an ideal vacation spot year-round. Located on the property features a private pond. Fishing allowed, catch and release only please. Provided for your relaxation, is a wood fire pit and charcoal grill, ideal for barbecuing and lounging after a long day in the sun. Or don’t cook at all and enjoy our local restaurants and shopping.

Conveniently located just off highway 27, 3 miles to Cowhide Cove Creek on Lake Greeson. Only 12 miles to Crater of Diamond State Park, known for tremendous geological diversity, the only diamond site in the nation open to public. Also, 9 miles to Ka-Do-Ha Indian Village Museum. An ancient archeological site with the only open mounds in the United States and North America. Float the Little Missouri or Caddo Rivers. Explore Historic Hot Springs, Arkansas, only a short drive away.

We loved our stay!

We loved this property and our stay! So enjoyable! We loved feeding the catfish (property owner even left us food!), watching the logging trucks go by, and evening walks around the pond. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay

Very easy to find with gps. The cleanest home we have ever stayed in ! We had a great time. Pond was amazing with feeding the catfish , pond with super clear water! Home had the best mattress ever super comfy. Would recommend this place over and over again. Such a great weekend ! Cabin had everything you would need !

This cabin was amazing and in such a relaxing area. We had a blast feeding the catfish on the property and if we're in the area again we'll definitely check if this is available

Catfish house!

Great place to stay to get away from reality. The catfish pond was amazing. The bed is soft as a cloud. Well put together welcome book. Place was nearly spotless. Only qualm is that they said to reach out if we needed anything. I messaged a week before check in and didn’t get a reply until 24 hours from check-in.

We booked the cabin to go to the Crater of Diamonds. It was the perfect location, just north about 10-15 minutes. Great little cabin, quiet, everything we needed for the weekend. Would definitely book again if in the area.

This property was AMAZING!! It is exactly as described...and better in person! It was quiet, peaceful, clean, and the amenities and hospitality were top notch. We will definitely be booking this cabin again next year! I highly recommend!

The cabin was indeed cozy! We appreciated the cleanliness and excellent communication leading up-to and during the check-in. The owner provided everything we needed and more, making the stay more enjoyable. The pond and property were beautiful. Quick July 4th getaway!

What a peaceful and beautiful stay! We live out in the middle of nowhere but with all our dogs and bulls, we don’t get to have this quiet relaxing atmosphere. Love the walk around the pond and the catfish that come up as pets. The house was so perfectly comfy and cold in this hot summer!! Wish I would’ve made it for a few days - thank you

Beautiful Place

The host was very gracious, the cabin and outside area was beautiful and so peaceful! Easy to find and the little town was quaint! I felt at home for sure! It had everything I needed. Sitting outside and watching the sun go down and listening to the night sounds was very relaxing. Had a fun time at the Crater of Diamonds and I will for sure be back with the grands and stay here! You can’t go wrong.

Better than expected

The pictures are really great but doesn’t do it justice. Everything was so clean inside and out. Wonderful set up. The property itself was fantastic. Lots of extra detail put into everything to enhance the experience. We loved the night lights on the trees surrounding the pond. Very relaxing stay.

Perfect Getaway Cabin

This cabin was absolutely perfect for our little getaway. Everything from booking, to checking in, to having everything we needed in the cabin was absolutely perfect! The pictures don't do it justice. The pond was so fun and made for an even better, unique experience. My daughter and her friend started naming all of the catfish and went to feed them breakfast and dinner every day. We will absolutely book here again in the future.

Our stay

We enjoyed our stay the cabin was great clean and just as advertised however I am an older person and the bed was just to soft for me there is only one door and no other way out in case there is a fire in the front of the house also my wife was upset about having no curtains in the kitchen the door needs a dead bolt and the fire Extinguisher is in the wrong place but we loved the way the cabin is and the area around it was Beautiful we would highly recommend it to anyone and thank you for the experience

Digging for Diamonds

Hubby wanted to dig for diamonds on his 61st birthday. Oh and fish
 Best of both worlds. Rey relaxing and super easy to get to town for food/needs. We didn’t plan on cooking this trip but saw the oven is also and air fryer! Think that’s an excellent idea for small spaces. Spacious bathroom with laundry which we used after a day of digging and sifting for diamonds. If in area will definitely stay again!!!

Quick getaway

Overall this is a great property. All is exactly as listed. SUPER clean which is important to me. Grounds were very well maintained. Cabin was tastefully appointed yet simple and not cluttered with “cabin type stuff”. Kitchen was very well stocked. Washer and dryer was great. Comfy bed and furniture. The covered parking was a fantastic bonus especially when an hailstorm came! Outside, fire pit was good, served the purpose but bring your firewood with ya. Pond was awesome to just sit and look at and fish were plentiful to catch and release. The ONLY downside is that the cabin/pond is less than 100 yards from the highway and it is LOUD with trucks rumbling up and down the hill. We enjoyed ourselves but wished it was that quiet/peaceful setting. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful!
