Relaxing & entertaining lakefront beauty! BRAND NEW Boat & waverunner are on site and available for rent. Fish, SUP, swim, bonfires & BBQ in a peaceful, private channel. 3000 sq ft, single story, open concept home with amazing lake views. Bright, stylish, fully furnished & ample amenities- when not in the water, kids love the bunk room & game room in the garage with pickleball, foosball, ping pong, bikes, cornhole & more! The dock, outdoor kitchen, kayaks, SUP's & life jackets are for your use!
The Space:
Each bedroom has its own unique wow factor. Please ensure you read the bedroom configuration to ensure it meets your needs. Each bedroom has a TV with Netflix and other streaming channels of your liking.
BEDROOM 1: Large Master Bedroom with a King Bed, sleeps 2
BEDROOM 2: Queen Bed, sleeps 2
BEDROOM 3: Queen Bed, sleeps 2
BEDROOM 4: 2 Queen over Queen Bunks, sleeps 8...ideal for kids(And XBOX)
EXTRA ARRANGEMENTS: Queen air mattress, sleeps 2, a pack 'n play, high chair and booster seat for little ones.
We provide extra pillows for the bedrooms.
LIVING SPACE: We have plenty of comfortable seating in the living and dining area and a 70" smart TV.
ESSENTIALS PROVIDED: Our kitchen is equipped with a toaster, blender, pots/pans, silverware & knives, plates, glasses, grilling utensils, wine glasses, salt, pepper, lemon pepper, and seasoning salt. Our coffee and tea bar has a coffee maker with ground coffee, Keurig with pods, French Press, coffee grinder, kettle, coffee cups, tea, sugar, and creamer. We provide linens, blankets, comforters, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, dish cloths, soaps and shampoo. We also provide toilet paper, paper towels, laundry/dish detergent. A Walmart is nearby if you need additional items for your stay.
PATIO: Plenty of patio seating available, including 8 bar top chairs around the outdoor kitchen, Adirondack chairs, and a table with benches and an LED lit umbrella. We provide our guests with propane and a grill. A TV with Netflix and streaming options is under the covered patio too. We have a private dock if you're bringing a boat, it's a 5 minute cruise in the canal to the main body of the lake.
OTHER HIGHLIGHTS:
Located in the private community of Walden on Lake Conroe, your stay comes with a community card that gives you access to a private boat launch 5 min away, community pool, fitness and racquet center.
Please note the following STRICT Policies:
- 10pm Noise Curfew on the patio. Our home is located in a canal & our patio borders our noise sensitive neighbors.
- NO smoking inside home
- NO parties
- Pets allowed with approval and a fee. Please message us details for your fur babies you'd like to bring. The backyard is not fenced in.
-The waverunner is not included with your stay. Please message for details regarding rentals.

The Neighborhood:
This property is terrific all year round for a visit, nestled in the private community of Walden on Lake Conroe. Located on a tree lined, quiet, family friendly street. Easy access to all the community has to offer: private boat launch, marina, covered boat slip, community pool and spa, fitness center, tennis and pickle ball courts, walking/biking trails, and playgrounds. Just a 5-10 minute drive to local restaurants, golf, and entertainment.
If you decide to venture beyond the neighborhood, beautiful historic parks, great antique shopping, delicious food served at our numerous casual and upscale restaurants. There is so much to do here that you will never want to leave!
The legendary hospitality around Lake Conroe comes from both its residents and the people that own the variety of shops and restaurants that are found throughout the cities that surround the lake (Montgomery, Conroe, and Willis). Locally made gifts of all types, grass fed beef, wine, antiques, eclectic items for all ages, and quality clothing are all within a 20-30 minute drive. When you're ready for a bit of relaxation, there are a number of restaurants, breweries and wineries to choose from to suit any budget and taste. It's all happening in and around Lake Conroe!
Getting Around:
There are plenty of options for your transportation based on your preference and what you'd like to do:
Walking, running, biking, golfing, tennis, pickle-ball or to explore the local community.
Ride-sharing services that can take you to Margaritaville, local breweries, and restaurants
Driving is easily navigable in this neighborhood and to local spots.
Plenty of parking in the driveway for up to 6 cars, no street parking. The boat trailer is required to park at private launch ramp with a permit right down the street.
Other Things to Note:
Because our property is on the lake, you use and assume your own risk. Guests assume responsiblity for the safety of their families and invitees upon booking confirmation. The owners/host are not responsible for any injuries to guests. There are inherent dangers in the surrounding area, including but not limited to snakes, spiders, mosquitos, undercurrents, bacteria or debris in the lake, risk of drowning, sudden storms, flash flooding, lightening. We cannot control the weather or water conditions, and we make no guarantees that the lake will be safe for swimming and recreation. Please use common sense and follow all safety guidelines and laws. The guest assumes acknowledgement and understands these dangers upon reservation confirmation and is responsible for protecting themselves and all invitees at all times during their stay.
Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a fee of $50 per night, per person. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without a refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy of 16 guests. Upon entry, you will be reviewed by our entry camera to ensure the rule is being followed.

We are locals to the north Houston area and LOVE our city! We are foodies, who love to try new places to eat every Friday on our date nights. We have 3 active and athletic kids who we love to road trip around the country with making memories.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
We love Lake Conroe, and wanted to be able to host guests so they can experience one of our favorite places to be. The location couldn't be better, in fact, we are a little jealous of it's location and amenities!

The lakefront deck and water toys add the perfect touch to our Lake house, Texas summer get hot, and being close to water is a MUST! Year round the game room, Kayaks, and pedal boat, golfing, and community amenities are a wonderful way to spend your day. The design and decor is fun and inviting, guests love it!
