We waited over 1 1/2 hours in the lobby only to find out the room we booked 4 months prior was booked to someone else after we booked it. Even the lobby personnel tried calling and texting the owner without any response?? A lady finally showed up to take us to another room I had to ask the lady that finally came to help us get into the room due to my wife being in a wheelchair because she just took off to the elevator!! On the way to the new room we find out we have to move again in the morning to another room? After losing over 1/2 day of vacation we finally got in a room. I received a text saying we will be compensated for double booking and also if we need anything to let them know. I went to the store to get coffee for the KCUP maker only to find it did NOT work. I tried calling and texting asking for another coffee maker with NO answer!! We have yet to receive an apology nor anything about being compensated. We have saved the text messages and recorded the phone calls for future reference. Not sure about Florida laws but where we live it is illegal to book a room and sell it again! Very disappointed with the Owner and his staff!!! Also in the temporary room there was shards of glass in the floor from something getting broken. We did vacuum the kitchen and living area to keep from getting in our feet.
