Villa Riviera A has a shared pool and covered rancho area, giving you plenty of space and shade. This complex is just a 5-minute walk to two large plazas (Pueblito Norte and Pueblito Sur) that are home to many fantastic restaurants, a coffee shop, a grocery store, a day spa, a medical office, and more! Cross the street and you’re on the beach path, just another 1-minute walk to the beautiful sand of Coco Beach. You’ll find many, many more restaurants as well as shops, a casino, and 3 large grocery stores in Downtown Coco, just a 10-minute walk from your door. You’ll love the location and the ambiance of this bright and fun vacation home.

The main floor enters into the living space with a comfortable living area including a SMART TV, dining space for 4 and a large kitchen with upgraded counters and stainless steel appliances. There is even a small desk for those that need to stay connected during their vacation. The main floor also has an upgraded half bathroom and a screened rear terrace with laundry.

The second level has soaring vaulted ceilings with a full bathroom and 2 bedrooms. The bathroom has a beachy feel with tropical touches and a LED make-up mirror. The primary bedroom has a comfy queen bed, large closet space, SMART TV, and a balcony overlooking the tropical pool area with great sunrise views in the mornings. The second bedroom offers the flexibility of 2 twin beds OR 1 King bed. Both bedrooms and the main floor have air conditioning units and high-speed internet throughout (85+Mbps download speeds).
