Relaxing vacation

Wonderful relaxing vacation. As much or as little as you want to do. The home is absolutely beautiful. The porch is so nice for coffee in the mornings. Do not miss the local Long Island cafe. We ate there 3x !!!

Lovely Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a really pretty condo. The only thing to be aware of is that this property is NOT near the beach. Make sure you find out where the beach access is before you go. Once you have this dialed in, you are set. We had a golf cart which worked out great, otherwise you will have a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. The condo is very nice. Make sure you bring an extension cord to charge golf cart as there is no access to garage. We did find parking in this condo unit to be good, unlike other places we have stayed. Pool is wonderful. Condo with its loveliness and views make for a wonderful stay and we are considering renting this and another close by for next summer for our growing family. Would definitely recommend...

Great updated Villa

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at this updated and very clean villa on Memorial Day weekend. The layout of the space is nice with a bedroom on each floor for privacy and loved that each bedroom has a queen bed and its own bathroom. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Nice appliances and we enjoyed the screen porch and the lovely marsh view. The only drawbacks were that there is no grill and you have to charge your golf cart inside the front door (no garage access or outdoor outlet) so you cannot charge it overnight like most would normally do. Otherwise a perfect stay!

House was great and in a good location if you’re looking for some peace and quiet. Towards the end of the peninsula so a little less traffic and people on the beach. Awesome visit!

Great get away

Loved our visit here. Honestly, we could not have been happier with our accommodations. It was perfect! Clean, comfortable, updated and our adult kids and spouses loved it just as much. Perfect set up. Would love to come back again!

Nice property

Very nice finishes inside and an enjoyable stay. No electrical outlet on the front of the property if you're thinking of renting a cart, and no place to hose off sand (not really a big deal to us, but the owner may not want people tracking it inside).

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was nice and clean and am renting again. I have only a few suggestions. Would like to see nicer and more towels in the bathrooms. The dryer buttons need to be repaired. The TV in the upper level bedroom needs to be hooked up to the cable. The property management did bring a portable antenna which provided local channels. Parking is challenging as there is only room for one car in the driveway. Really wish the owner would allow use of the garage. Other than those issues, we were pleased with the accommodations.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spent 4 nights on a girl’s trip. The condo was clean, furnished beautifully and spacious. We didn’t do any cooking so I can’t speak to how well the kitchen was stocked with pots/pans but there were plenty of glasses, coffee cups, plates and silverware. The beds were comfy but could use new pillows and an instruction guide for the tvs would be useful. The condo was super easy to rent through Island Realty. They were very responsive to questions.

updated well decorated condo

loved the decor. the high ceilings made place seem much larger. kitchen and bathrooms all updated. our big problem was maintenance. we contacted the company 3 times about floor vents being dislodged on arrival and master bath door being stuck. No one ever responded. The uncovered floor vents were a definite injury risk. Being stuck in bathroom until someone could push door open wasn't pleasant either. The location itself was 4.3 stars but the rental company definitely subpar.

Father/Son Getaway

Outstanding property and location. Was very thankful that the property managers allowed us to move our trip back a few days to miss Hurricane Ian. A great extended weekend with my sons.

Fantastic condo!

CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN! I didn't feel like I had to wipe down anything like I do at other places we have stayed. I loved the layout ! At first I didn't think I would but I loved it! My husband fell in love with the master bath shower. It was huge and had rain shower type shower head. I might even get a bathroom remodel after this. We were there for my daughter's wedding so we really didn't get to enjoy the house as much as I would have liked. There were two screened in porches over looking the marshes. I would love to go back and have more time to enjoy sitting out on those.

Great property, terrible location

The property itself is great - very updated and a good layout. I love that each bedroom had it it’s own bathroom. The location is awful. It’s not clear how far it is to the beach and it’s a solid 10 minute walk. I would never want to do it with little kids. Beach access is not signed from the sidewalk, you literally have to walk between some trees and through a parking lot then between buildings. We drove as it was just too hot to walk though you’re definitely not allowed to drive over. It’s close to the pool which is nice. There are no beach chairs or umbrellas though I can’t imagine carrying them that far. You need to arrange for rental with an outside company. I wish that had been included in the description. The beach is beautiful but the area is really boring. No local shops, not too many restaurants. No activities. Pizza pick up was 20 plus minutes away, never found a coffee shop. I can’t imagine how busy restaurants are during the busy season. We won’t be back.
