To the left, a staircase leads to the second floor, but before heading upstairs, take a moment to explore the main living areas. The living room is a perfect blend of modern style and Texas charm, with a beautiful fireplace and comfortable seating arranged around a flat-screen TV. This space is ideal for relaxing after a day of exploration in the Texas Hill Country.

The kitchen and dining area are located just beyond the living room. The dining table comfortably seats 6, providing a great space for meals or family gatherings. The kitchen features custom cabinets, modern stainless steel appliances, and ample counter space. A small flat-screen TV adds to the inviting atmosphere, ensuring the cook can stay connected with the rest of the group.

Continuing from the living room, you'll find the first bedroom, which is bathed in natural sunlight. The bathroom offers a large vanity with dual sinks, a walk-in shower, and a spacious walk-in closet for your convenience.
