Location, Location, Location

Easy access to all the things I wanted to do. Sightseeing, hiking, biking and Oaklawn race track. Privacy but also a nice view of the surrounding neighborhood. Walking distance to The Promenade, Bathhouse Row, downtown activities and the water fountains Enjoyed my stay.

We loved our time here while in town for a wedding. The space was perfect for our needs, and the hosts provided local recommendations for us. Lin was kind and communicative throughout. This will be our place to stay when we make it to the area again! Thanks again for everything!

Short walk to the Strip

This was perfect if you want to spend a lot of your time enjoying the strip and the bath houses. We loved it and would stay again. Very clean and neat and dogs are welcome which was a bonus for us.

Great property near Bathhouse Row!

We loved being able to walk to everything downtown. The rental was small but met our needs for just sleeping and relaxing. Host was wonderful to work with.

Perfect location for convention or downtown

Cute little duplex that is just blocks away from the convention center and close enough to downtown to walk! Check in was so easy! We had a bit of an issue with the door code, but my text was responded to ASAP- literally no additional waiting! The hosts were very nice and checked with us to make sure all was going well during our stay. We will stay here again for sure!

Great location and very comfortable

Easily walkable to downtown. Sitting areas outside - both front and back - gave added privacy. They had everything you would need in the kitchen - including a bag of ice and coffee! Living room was comfortable and the sofa also made into a bed. Covered parking was also a plus. Very enjoyable stay!

This was a cute little room that was very comfortable for my wife and I. It is very close to all of the shops , restaurants and spas that are the attraction of Hot Springs. It was an easy walk to anything we wanted to do with the exception of the horse racing track. We would consider staying here again if we were to return in the near future.

Perfect location

Within walking distance to everything we needed. Hosts where very accommodating and just a call away. If you are looking for a modern home with all the bells and whistles keep looking. But if you don't mind a older comfortable home that has been remodeled this is perfect. Will definitely stay again.

Cute/Affordable Place Close to Everything!

This was a last minute stop for our family making a trek from Mississippi to Texas and decided to check out the Hot Springs on our way home. Linda our host was very sweet and even met us to check us in, got coffee and creamer for our stay and magazines and links for stops while we were in town. It was an affordable stop for us to recharge and enjoy downtown! If you have a small family and want to walk to things this is a great spot!
