Great vacation rental

We felt just like home. The beds were very comfortable and everything was so accesible. The salt water heated pool and spa was a huge bonus and we were able to use it quite a bit. We would highly recommend for anyone staying in cape coral

Great house

The house was awesome.I had teenagers and little kids with me and everyone enjoyed the pool and had space from each other. The kitchen was a great size for everyone to enjoy meals together. The house was clean.

April Getaway

Henry and Lynn’s home is beautiful! The kitchen is beautiful, the bedrooms are spacious and nicely decorated and the master bathroom is my dream bathroom. The pool and spa were perfect and we used them almost daily. Henry and Lynn were very responsive and kind. You can’t go wrong renting this house.

Overall we enjoyed our stay in this home. There was a minor issue upon arrival but it was taken care of very quickly. The property manager and homeowners were quick to respond which was greatly appreciated. Otherwise, the home was very nice to stay in.

Very pleasant and peaceful stay

We are French tourists and we needed to find ourselves at home. Lynn and Henry's villa is modern, extremely clean and tastefully decorated. Our privacy has been respected and the owners are always contactable if you need. The salt pool is very well designed and we had a great time on the terrace. My daughter is in a wheelchair and the house is spacious and allowed her to move around in peace. I highly recommend this villa.

Great property

Me, my wife, MIL, and two kids (4 & 9) stayed here for a week. Great CLEAN property, in a low key quiet neighborhood. Publix is 2 miles up the road, and a great golf course (Cape Royal) 2.5 miles up the road. Only thing I'd point out was there were no dressers in any of the rooms, so you're pulling from your suitcase the whole trip (not a huge deal to us, but fair to point out). 30-40 minute drive to Fort Myers. The property owners were super responsive, and easy to deal with. Kids loved the pool light show every night. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful new home in Cape Coral/Punta Gorda area

Four ladies stayed for a long weekend in the Florida sun. We flew in from Iowa to the Punta Gorda airport. This home is conveniently located near the airport and also Cape Coral. We drove over to St James City and enjoyed some time in a Tiki bar. Henry the home owner was very good with communication and answering any questions that we had. The pool and hottub were WONDERFUL!!! We spent time in them daily and loved it. Everything in the home was clean, new, and functioning. Brand new BBQ, on the lanai with lots of seating outside. I'd highly recommend!!!
