Åka skidor på en av de bästa platserna i vinter-OS 2002! Beläget inom gångavstånd från mitten av skidliftar på världsklass Deer Valley Ski Resort. Stora rum och kök har just avslutat total uppdatering. Den inkluderar ny 65-tums TV plus nya 40 och 47-tums TV i sovrummen. Dessutom kommer ombyggnaden av alla badrum att vara färdig till 2020. Nya bilder kommer att publiceras i november 2019. Detta rökfria, två sovrum, Enclave Townhouse täcker 1700 kvadratmeter utan någon annan enhet ovanför eller nedanför. Den stadsbostad har en spektakulär utsikt över övre Deer Valley och Park City skidorter. Helt nya kraft persienner på de fem stora fönster i det stora rummet öka vyerna betydligt. Ny ombyggnad av kök och stort rum inkluderar nya trägolv. Njut av vyer från stora däck utanför vardagsrummet och sovrummet.

Den villa har en full-size kök med granit, ny diskmaskin, ny spis / ugn, ny mikrovågsugn, ny stor kyl och skräp komprimator. Ny tvättstuga med ny tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

Efter en lång dag av skidåkning, kommer en privat utomhus badtunna med enastående utsikt över övre Deer Valley & Park City lugna trötta muskler. Bara fem minuters promenad till den världsberömda Stein Eriksen Lodge där du kan njuta av ett fullständigt spa som erbjuder massage, kroppsbehandling, och ansiktsbehandlingar.

Lovely spot/Great Response From Owner

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Deer Valley. We have been coming to this area for 15 years and this mid mountain area is great....easy to town, easy to ski.The property was clean and was well stocked. Will book again.

Great mountain home in Deer Valley

We loved this property for our family of 4 for a week of skiing. We enjoyed being close to the Silver Lake base and having the hot tub to relax in after a great day on the mountain.

Great location, views and amenities!

Our family of four very much enjoyed our stay over Spring Break. This very large 2 BR condo had everything we needed and was only a short 5 minute walk from the slopes at Silver Lake. Great value as well!

Best stay in Deer Valley yet!

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was lovely, the views, incredible, it was spotless, and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. Great set up for kids. Walked to and from skiing daily! Herb and Janet were so helpful and communicative, making everything easy for us from start to finish. We'll be back!

Perfect Family Ski Vacation

We had a wonderful stay! Very nice and updated property, and the views were amazing. Deer Valley at its best! Great location, easy to hop on shuttle or walk to the lifts, even with three young kids. The owner, Herb, was fantastic and went out of his way to make sure we had a great time. Thanks!

Outstanding view from attractive, comfortable property

This townhouse is attractively furnished, with nice recent remodeling touches. It was well-kept and clean. The living spaces and decks have a great view that invites relaxing on the comfortable sofa and chairs. All around a great place to hang out at the end of the day or even all day.

The best holiday skiing retreat

My family (two adults, two teens) had the most wonderful time at Enclave 4 for the holidays. We were greeted with beautiful decorations which really made our days and made us feel at home and welcome. The condo is situated in a fabulous location that makes it easy to get to the Silver Lake Village and Chairlift which is at mid-mountain at Deer Valley. We were able to leave our boots and skis at the mountain at night and walk to the lodge, put them on and be on the lift in 10 minutes in the morning. We could do the same to have lunch in the afternoon "at home" versus fighting the mountain crowds.We enjoyed being able to walk to the Stein Eriksen Lodge and it is a short drive down to PC or Kimball Junction for groceries or a meal out.The kitchen has everything that you could think of and we cooked some lovely meals which we enjoyed with the incredible views from the dining room. The living room is comfortable and hosted our apres ski movie night. The hot tub was a good way to relax after a full day skiing.We hope to be back again soon.

Perfect condo, location and host!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The condo had a perfect layout and all the room we needed for our family of 5. The fire place and private hot tub made the stay perfect. The bathrooms were renovated and all of the furnishings were comfortable with a cozy, mountain decor. The host was amazing - helpful, communicative, responsive and so nice. We loved the location - only a 5 minute walk to the base of Silverlake. We left our equipment and boots at the lodge and enjoyed the short stroll to and from the condo. Anyone who visits this property will be thrilled!

Perfect place for a Deer Valley ski trip

We had a wonderful stay at Enclave 4. The space is beautiful and the views are spectacular! We built a fire, we enjoyed the hot tub after long days of skiing, and loved the well appointed kitchen for cooking dinner. The walk to the slopes is very short, and the free ski valet at Silver Lake lodge made it simple - it was a nice little warm up. We will definitely come back!

Inviting condo with the perfect location.

The location of the condo is perfect. Allowing you to walk to both the ski lifts and a few restaurants within minutes. The condo itself was very cozy and offered all the comforts of home. We found the management company very response when we encountered a small issue, that was taken care of within an hour. We would definitely recommend this home and hope to stay here again in the future.

Great location, Perfect views!

We have been coming to Deer Valley for almost ten years and this was our first time staying at the Enclave. We absolutely loved it! Very spacious for our family of four giving us all plenty of room to spread out. Thoroughly enjoyed the wood burning fireplace every night. The condo was very clean and offered everything that you could possibly need during your stay. Short walk to the slopes, Silver Lake restaurants and shops. Very easy drive to Main Street and Park City grocery stores, liquor store, etc. Thanks for a great week!

Perfect Spring Break Trip

My family of 5 stayed at this property for our spring break. The property was perfect for our family! Our children are 8, 6, and 4 and were able to easily make the short walk to the slopes and Silver Lake Lodge. The layout of the condo was perfect--comfortable beds (our children loved the bunk beds), plenty of linens and well stocked kitchen. We used The Grocery Girls for grocery delivery, and our kitchen was already stocked by the time we arrived on Saturday afternoon. (We ended up leaving some dry goods/spices for the next renter as well :). We used Uber to get to Main Street/restaurants/horse drawn sleigh ride, and with the short distance, we spent MUCH less money than we would have renting an SUV for the week. The hot tub was likely the biggest hit with our family--we relaxed for several hours throughout the week during two of the prettiest snow storms we've ever seen. The owner was easily contacted prior to and during our stay, and, God willing, we plan on making this a yearly occurrence. Thank you for the opportunity to rent this property--it was truly our best family vacation ever.

Beautiful Deer Valley get away

My wife, 6yo daughter and I loved our stay. It's just as described and convenient to everything. Beautiful views and spacious. Had a little issue which the owner and management company took care of right away. We would most certainly return to this property!

Fantastic Silver Lake Townhome

Our family enjoyed a wonderful week at Herb and Janet’s property in the Enclaves at Silver Lake. The unit has been updated making it spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect- walkable to the Stein Eriksen Lodge, Goldener Hirsch, the shops and restaurants at Silver Lake Village. Our family loves the convenience of skiing mid mountain. We love the views from this property. Nothing beats a long day of skiing than relaxing in the hot tub looking out at Flagstaff, Lady Morgan and Empire Peaks. Herb and Janet were great to work with to make sure our stay was perfect.

Enclave 4 - August 2019

I found Herb and Janet's property and location perfect for my needs during the month of August, 2019. The weather helped as it was ideal for the entire month. The condo has all the amenities that anyone would need for a long or short term stay. It felt like home and the condo was as comfortable as you would want for a month away from home.
