This recently renovated home has everything you need: 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath with tub & shower, fully equipped kitchen with coffee bar, washer & dryer. There are 3 smart TVs, blazing fast Fiber internet, and a desk in the 3rd bedroom/office for any work needs. Outside is a fully fenced-in backyard with privacy fence and outdoor dining table. Dogs are welcome too, and we have a welcome basket just for them!

DOG FRIENDLY: We welcome dogs. No CATS - sorry! There is a $50 PER DOG pet fee due at booking, so please choose pets on your reservation request, and message us with the breed and weight of each of your dogs. Vrbo checkout will only add the fee for 1 dog, so we will need to send you the add on for the additional pet. (More than 2 requires approval!)

NO PARTIES - as per Raleigh's short-term rental statutes, no parties are permitted.
