Our two families had a great stay. The location was perfect—quiet neighborhood with quick and easy access to RMNP and Estes Park but not right in town. The space was great for what we needed—very well stocked kitchen, bedrooms were all comfortable and spacious, and we enjoyed the outdoor space—cooking, eating, relaxing and hot tub.

We loved our stay. The house is as-advertised. It would be great for people of all ages, but was especially well-equipped for our group - 4 adults and 5 young kids. We especially enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings after kids went to bed. The location is perfect - a short stop from the YMCA and a short drive to downtown Estes Park and RMNP. We've stayed in Aspen Brook once before. We'll be back again one day soon.

Our family had a wonderful stay in Estes Park. The property was exactly as described, very clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable week. The location was excellent—close enough to enjoy downtown Estes Park and convenient access to Rocky Mountain National Park, while still providing a peaceful mountain setting to relax and unwind.The check-in process was simple, communication with the host was prompt and helpful, and the home was perfect for our family. We especially enjoyed the beautiful mountain views, the wildlife sightings, and having a comfortable place to return to after days spent exploring the park.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Estes Park.

This was a great place for friends trip. Very convenient to the entrance for RMNP. The hot tub was much used after our daily hikes. The owners were very easy to work with and quick to respond to all communication. The house was very well maintained and clean when we arrived. We hope to return here again!

The house was perfect for our family, and even better than we expected from the listing. Our kids loved the bunk room, toy space and garage activities. We enjoyed the short walk to the water and playground and loved how stocked the kitchen was. It made making meals super easy. Would definitely stay here again.

A very comfortable home. Kitchen is very well supplied. The location is perfect for visiting RMNP. The little kids loved the playroom and the playground. (As did the adults.)

Great location

My family loved this place. It’s close to the river, away from town and such beautiful country. The hosts stayed in touch and made us feel welcome. The property had lots of things to keep us entertained.

We had an amazing stay in August. It is just a 1-mile hike into Moraine Park! The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice and accommodated our big group. The kids had fun playing ping pong. The hot tub was nice after longs days of hiking. They had everything you could need in the kitchen.

We had a great stay. It was comfortable with plenty of room. During our short visit, we were able to see elk walked by a couple of times. Amazing!

Winter Retreat

Wonderful location and house

Well equipped and laid out house - the floor plan and amenities allow for together time and some space/privacy. Hosts were available if needed. And the walking into RMNP was ab added bonus that made this trip everything we wanted. Thanks for a great stay!

Early Christmas Getaway

We had a wonderful weekend with our adult children and grandson. The home had many amenities and was very clean! The Christmas decorations added a home away from home feeling! We would definitely consider coming to stay again and highly recommend this beautiful home for your next stay.

Wonderful relaxing stay in a newly updated home

We were very impressed with our stay at this home. Everything was accurately described in the listing and it was tastefully recently remodeled. We had everything we needed for 8 people to stay comfortably and the communication with the owner was excellent-prompt and responsive. Location was highly convenient and the sound of the river nearby very soothing. Would highly recommend this home.

Great family get away

This place had it all as far as amenities in the house and it’s proximity to the Rocky Mountain National Park. It is only a quick drive into Estes Park downtown! It had a cabin feel with conveniences near-by! As an extra bonus, it was really accommodating for toddlers as well as the teens! It can be hard to meet that age span but this property did it well!! We highly recommend!
