The Grand Pokegama Estate...Pictures do not serve this Estate justice. Luxury living in a small tourist town of Chetek WI. The locals are the nicest people on earth and the small town vibe is so laid back and easy going.

Located on Pokegama Lake which is apart of the recreational Chain of Lakes in Chetek! One of the largest chains in Wisconsin. Several restaurants are located on the lake and accessible via boat. Also the chain has several sandbars to enjoy as well.

The Grand Pokegama Estate has 8 bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. The property has 18 beds so perfect for larger family get togethers or business retreats! With over 12,500 square feet to explore YOU WONT FEEL CROWDED here with plenty of large/ Great rooms to accommodate a large group or several small private locations to have those intimate conversations.

Huge kitchen with double ovens, warming drawers, produce drawers, butlers pantry, commercial dishwasher, and fully stocked so no need to bring your crock pots or dishware(unless you want to).

The Estate has 3 living rooms, movie theater room, apartment suite, recreational room with arcade games, big buck hunter bags and pool table.

Infrared sauna and the master suite is truly one of a kind with an overhead loft with quiet working space if needed. Almost all bedrooms have their own attached bathroom as well.

The house has luxury finishes and beautiful craftsmanship in the details. Imported Australian hardwoods, New Zealand wool carpet, porcelain floors and beautiful stone work! You'll have to see it!

The Estate has a full size outdoor kitchen in the extravagant patio! This is where your party is going to want to hang out! Enjoy the lake views, privacy, and outdoor fire pits and water fountain feature!

**Two pontoon boats will be available to rent for an additional fee.

Family Time

Great place to relax with family of all ages! We enjoyed our stay and were able to spread out when needed in the spacious home. Teens enjoyed the game room. All enjoyed the patio space, fire pit and water activities. Thanks Heather for always being able to answer all our questions!!

Amazing Week at the Grand Pokegama Estate!

Such a perfect week at this gorgeous lake house. Seven families stayed with kids ranging in age from 3-18 and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the non-food items we needed and the game and theatre rooms were particular favorite hangout spaces for the kids. We grocery shopped for the week and cooked at home each night. We rented both pontoons for the week and 2 jet skis for 2 days and spent most of the days out on the lake at a sand bar just 10 minutes from the dock. The water trampoline got plenty of use, too! In the evenings, we hung out and played games and made full use of the outdoor spaces the house had to offer. There was a fishing boat that went out each night from our group. Everyone stayed active each morning doing a workout in the house, going for a bike ride or walking/running the roads near the house. We even had a family fun run one morning where all of us ran the 2.2 mile loop at the house. The property owners were super responsive and met every request quickly and professionally and provided a lot of great information as we settled into the house. Thank you for helping to make our family week a success!

Little Piece of Heaven

this place is absolutly amazing from the min you walk in the front door until the sad goodbyes start! Heather was amazing to help day and night with random questions including bringing over her families personal fishing poles and gear for us to use. ive been to wisconsin several times but never stayed at a place like this! i cant wait to come back again. I guarantee if you book this place you will not be dissapointed!!!

One of the best rental experiences of our lives. Heather and Caleb were amazingly responsive and helpful. The home is incredible and the pictures don’t do it justice. So spacious, tasteful and peaceful.

House Over-The-Top‼️

What a wonderful week in Chetek, WI. Heather met us at the house for check-in and explained the amazing features this house offers. That evening Caleb took us on a lake tour via the pontoon. Pointed out shallow areas, fishing hot spots and lakeside restaurants. The pontoon and tubing were a hi-light for our five teenagers. We had several bag-toss and pool tournaments-competitive family! Talk about the perfect house to play hide and seek in. The house and grounds are well cared for. Unfortunately access to the lake was difficult for my husband. Fishing was so-so. Turtleback golf course was challenging. We had an issue with gas grill but Heather was on it and we enjoyed steaks for dinner. Thank you for a week of laughter, love and memory making moments.

The best short term rental experience I've ever had.

The house was insane. Huge, beautiful, and full of amenities and modern conveniences. The location was amazing (it's *right* on the water, and the lake is beautiful). The hosts were awesome -- helpful, friendly, and out-of-the-way. The highlight of the whole thing though was the boat! We got to go tubing and cruise around the lake. I can't recommend this place highly enough. Worth every penny.
