Painting Project Notification
Beginning May 5, 2025, exterior painting will commence on stacks 1–7. As part of this project, balcony access will be required, and maintenance personnel may need to briefly enter your unit to complete the work.
Please be aware that during this time, a plastic protective coating will be placed over windows and sliding doors to prevent any paint-related damage. Additionally, you may notice painters and equipment around the property throughout the duration of the project.
